Heather Locklear's rep says the actress, 46, "is fine" after paramedics responded to a 911 call at her L.A.-area home Saturday night.
"She never requested medical assistance and did not place a 911 call," the rep tells TMZ.com. "Nor did anyone from her house call 911 or place a call requesting medical assistance."
TMZ.com first reported that "someone" who "feared Heather would try and kill herself" placed the emergency call Saturday night.
Ventura County Police Captain Tom Convey confirmed to Usmagazine.com that police did respond to a call, but "the incident was resolved, and we left."

Some of you really need to get a grip on your own lives .... and let others live as well. No one except Richie Sambora and Heather Locklear really know what happened in their marriage, and why it disintegrated. What matters most is that they appear to be loving and considering single parents of their child, who they both appear to put first. Maybe the rest of you should do the same!

Sambora and Richards did not hook up till later.There were lots of pictures of her and locklear hanging out-thats why locklear felt so betrayed.Also,if there was a problem that night,maybe it didnt involve a man-maybe its something internal.Whatever it is,I wish her and her family well.

Why don't you all not be concerned about everyone, and maybe look at your own life. People go through problems, no matter their status, wealth, fame, etc. She is a beautiful woman, and deserves happiness just as well as anyone else. Rumors have destroyed lives...get over it and move on with your own life.

This is called KARMA people.
I think YOU should get your facts straight. Richie was the one who wrecked the marriage by running around with horse-faced Denise, and he was caught. Heather's better off without him, and doubt she would want to commit suicide over anyone. She's smarter than that.
