Alright...Heidi is a very insecure person. She is a pretty girl but natural is usually better and in her case...she looked better before the surgery. Also, she's not vocally gifted and that's putting it nicely! It's pretty sad to see people who come into fame (if you consider being on the Hills reality show fame) become so insecure that they have to change themselves to be more comfortable.

First of all i do not know why people are bashing Heidi. Yah, her boyfriend is an a$$**** but he did seem to change a little, how many times have normal people forgiven their boyfriends for doing the same thing Spencer has. i mean people do change. so what if Heidi took him back? if Lauren even cared about their friendship she wouldn't be such a bi***. she is just jealous that someone actually wants Heidi and none of her relationships ever worked out. its just Lauren. she is a stupid bi*** who lives off of drama. she did the same thing to hedi when she was with jason. i mean didn't jason cheat on her, did he not kiss someone while Lauren was in the same building, no but that okay for Lauren to do. she took jason back, didn't take an opportunity for paris and spent the entire summer with him, but when it came down to Heidi she has to be a bi*** and couldn't understand. that b****pisses me of. she needs a life.

Let the girl do what she wants to do. Who cares if she got breast implants how many women out there get it done every day and nobody cares but just because shes in the media its a big deal. And as far as her and Lauren go does everyone seem to forget about when her and jason were together and how much she ditched heidi and moved out?!

Instead of being proud of who you are, both inside and out, she has decided to take the easy, vain and selfish route. I swear, in 20 years, the U.S. is going to have millions of D-cup, blonde, little nosed women running around. Why do all these girls think they have to look like everyone else? That's why God made us all different. Besides, when we are dead and buried, is it really going to matter what we looked like in life or how we treated others? More people need to start working on their insides first. Changing your nose isn't going to make your life any better.

Heidi needs to get a reality check. She not only forsook Lauren for that SPENCER...but now is trying to look like something she isn't. I thought her nose was cute already and her slight, small frame was a welcome departure from all those other blonde bimbos. Spencer is probably trying to control her or something, feeding off her newfound fame. And if I could send a message to Heidi, it would be this: he's given you nothing, but taken it all; you're taking the easier way out. and no one needs that. no, I don't think even someone as illogical as her deserves that.
