hollywood stars get paid to look good as well as act well. Try putting your face up 50 times bigger on a screen and watching it year after year. It's easy to scrutinize appearance when it is becomes your profession and livelyhood. Who cares if they get plastic surgery? It's funny because all the magazines jump on stars when they show up with a few extra pounds, or loose too much weight, or get plastic surgery... no action will ever be go un-scrutinized... because we as the public just love to suck it up... good, bad, ugly. Well done nose jobs are better than the real thing in many cases... just like breast implants can help fix years of gravity, weight loss, or breastfeeding.

Angelina is natural, there are make-up that actually makes your nose slimmer or pointy. And at times it's the way camera plays with the picture - angle, lightning and make up. But she is gorgeous with or without make-up.

Scarlett's nose may look completely different due to the lighting. On the 'before pic', the light is from the front (camera flash) which effectively washes out a lot of the shadow details. On the 'after' pic, the lighting is more from above, therefore casting a more natural shadow.

I don't think it's just Hollywood women who go under the knife, the majority of non-famous women who have surgery is high, too. The whole world is becoming fake. Women in Iran who cover most of their face are even having surgery in record numbers. The problem is that most plastic surgery looks awful. You really luck out if it's done right and a lot of times you look worse.
