Hollywood Doc: Sixty Percent of Hollywood Has Had Plastic Surgery

In Hollywood, it's getting harder and harder to find a natural face.
"It seems more people who have absolutely nothing wrong with them are getting surgery," casting director April Webster (Mission: Impossible 3) tells Us Weekly in its new cover story.
Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Raj Kanodia — who has fixed the noses of Ashlee Simpson, Jennifer Aniston and Cameron Diaz — estimates that 60 percent of Hollywood women undergo some type of procedure.
As more celebs like Ashley Tisdale admit to going under the knife, and others like Scarlett Johansson speak openly about a topic once off-limits ("I definitely believe in plastic surgery," she said last year. "I don't want to be an old hag. There's no fun in that"), Us consulted top Hollywood surgeons to see which stars may have transformed their looks.

Angelina is natural, there are make-up that actually makes your nose slimmer or pointy. And at times it's the way camera plays with the picture - angle, lightning and make up. But she is gorgeous with or without make-up.

Scarlett's nose may look completely different due to the lighting. On the 'before pic', the light is from the front (camera flash) which effectively washes out a lot of the shadow details. On the 'after' pic, the lighting is more from above, therefore casting a more natural shadow.

The before picture of SJ is a much younger one. She might have just lost some weight. He nose looks better. It the Joan Rivers kind of work that freaks me out, other than that a nose or something big deal.

I don't think it's just Hollywood women who go under the knife, the majority of non-famous women who have surgery is high, too. The whole world is becoming fake. Women in Iran who cover most of their face are even having surgery in record numbers. The problem is that most plastic surgery looks awful. You really luck out if it's done right and a lot of times you look worse.

I think nowadays more and more actresses have a surgery. Almost all of them have a fake and unnatural face. They want to become more beautiful. There is more news about their surgeries on how to change a great image on the site seekingsugar.com. But i don't know whether it is helpful to do that.

In an attempt to be less Man-like, Jennifer Aniston underwent a not-so-secret nose job this past weekend, reports Us Weekly.
The former Friends star paid a visit to the top rhinoplasty surgeon in the country, Dr. Raj Kanodia, the doctor behind Asslee Simpson new nose.
In the early morning hours of January 20, one day after taping a guest spot on pal Courteney Cox's new series Dirt, Aniston's driver dropped her off at Kanodia's office in Beverly Hills.
The actress emerged four hours later, but instead of her usual golden glow, she sported fresh black-and-blue bruises along her right eyebrow and across the tip of her nose and upper lip.
And, most shocking of all, Maniston's liar publicist, Stephen Huvane, admits that his client went under the knife. However, he claims that Jennifer "had a procedure done to correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago."
A source tells Us something else.
The mag reports that Man has wanted to have the nose job for more than a decade.
"Jen has hated her nose ever since her first nose job," a source close to the actress tells Us. "She always said how lousy it was and that her nose was still too wide."
