In new heartbreaking court papers filed by Jamie Spears, he claims his daughter called him several times Sunday as he worked as a caterer at a Super Bowl party, begging him to visit her.
Jamie filed the papers February 4 in his ongoing attempt to take over legal control of his daughter.
In the papers, Jamie also recounted how he had visited Britney for several hours Saturday.
He found her lying in bed, he says in the papers. He leaned over to kiss her, but she turned her head away.
"I love you," he told her.
"No, you don't," she said, according to Jamie. The singer then got out of bed and said, "The doctor told me you are keeping me in here."
When Jamie denied it, Britney shot back, "Somebody's lying. You put me in here."
A nurse then assured Britney that her father was not keeping her in the hospital. Britney then begged him to get her out.
"Come on, daddy, let's get out of here. Take my hand and let's walk out of here together," Britney said, according to Jamie.
"I wish I could, but I can't," Jamie replied.
Britney then got annoyed.
In an attempt to calm her down, he began talking about her sons.
"Do you want me to help you get your babies back?" he asked.
"No, I have new lawyers that will help me with my stuff," Britney replied.
He then told her that there were new lawyers involved in her custody battle with ex Kevin Federline.
The chat ending with Britney claiming that Sam Lutfi had taken some of her possessions and that she wanted her father to get them back for her. Jamie said he would.

Ok . this is ridicolous! The media and the Paparazzi just need to leave this girl alone! Yeah, she needs to get better and yeah she eventually will but everyone just needs to stay out of her business and let her do what she has to do. I mean , its tragic that she lost her kids and its tragic that all this stuff is happening to her, but shes a grown woman and people need to respect that and just let her get her self together! Im pretty sure that seeing her face on magazines every day and hearing all this stuff about her life isnt making things any better for her! Shes been like this for a while now, and now her parents want to try and get her help.. Where the hell were they 5 yrs ago? I jst think that people need to back off of her. i think that she needs to go into hideout like Micheal Jackson and then resurface when she has her self together!!..

AWWWWWW!! Poor baby. Britney sounds like a 5 year old having a fit by telling her father that "he doesn't love her" simply b/c he wouldn't take her out of the hospital. She's crazier than I thought.

Sorry but Britney needs long term care to get herself together. Being in the nut house for 4 or 5 days is not going to help her. She is to far gone. She will be back to her crazy ways before the week is over, just watch. She does not even trust her father if she turned her head away from him when he tried to kiss her if that is true. She pushes away the people who actually care for her. Lufti and Adnan will be right back into her life soon.

Everyone needs to learn to cool off when it comes to Brit and her business. Understand that if she was doing anything, it was for the prosperity of her family. You cant tell me that you didnt do some of the stuff that she's done? The only difference is that she got caught and cant handle the pressure, I bet you wouldnt either if you lived the life she does!!

i agree with whoever said she needs to know people care. she is so vulnerable right now, who wouldn't be confused with all that's been going on. everyone is making decisions for her, and she needs to know people care because they do. thank goodness her father is in control. lutfi and adnan to go away from her forever. they're just too creepy. get well soon, britney!

Osama "Sam" Lufti is nothing but a snake in the grass, that attacked his prey.
I have a very close friend who's sister was slipped psychotropic drugs by her boyfriend 20 years ago; to this day she's mentally disabled, and never came back to the person she used to be.
I pray that Sam Lufti didn't cause long-term problems by illegally drugging Britney up, and I truly hope that he's prosecuted for the damage he's done. A lot more is going to come out that the public doesn't yet know. It's all so unbelievable, yet true.

ps: yeah, and i guess he prob should have visited her and scrapped the catering for the Super Bowl...but he prob needs the money..this just shows what an enormous stress mental illness puts on the RELATIVES of the ill person, and they are usually the ones who are are overlooked in terms of getting support etc..Britney needs to start doing daily psycholog therapy too in there, not just biolog therapy..she almost needs a de-programmer for the stuff Lutfi did to her...he lit trained her to become even more helpless and stupidified/incoherent than the illness already caused her to be..

maybe they should try an induced sleep therapy/while giving her 1 anti-psychotic..maybe they should tell her the truth that she is being kept by both her parents/the law/the doctors....but a doctor/psychologist in there who she trusts/likes needs to start getting her in line w the treatment goals..by explaining to her over and over that this is in her best interest and it won't be for long...otherwise their legal stay will be up, and she'll be out no better than before..it's liek evry little thing about her treatment/story is going as wrong as it possible can..she has some really strange pple around her...

Unfortunatly or fortunatly for her, from experience with with a family member having the same problems they do not remember anything when they are in that state of mind. Once they get her on the right medication, she probably will not know what has happened in the months that she has been out of it. She is probably confused about the kids, the court hearings. When she showed up for court and then left, she probably didn't have a clue why she was even there. The only thing that I can say is that when they are like this, it is almost like they are in a state of being very very intoxicated at the point of passing out. THink if you were in that state for a year, you just wouldn't have a clue either. I feel sorry for her, I hope they find the right medicine for her and she comes back saying she didn't know any of this was going on around her.

OK - I get it - she's nuts and needs help. I understand. But I'm sorry for saying this - I REALLY think Kevin needs to visit her in the hospital. She needs to know that people care for her well-being. He's the father of her children and it's the right thing to do. She's been used and abused so much, I just want her to get better.
