Babies should always wear one more layer than you would be comfortable in and should ALWAYS be wearing socks. Even if it's 110 out
If he's anything like my son, he had on socks and shoes and took them off. Eventually you just quit putting shoes on them.

i cant stand when parents dont dress their children for cold weather...when your wearing sweaters and boots, but your baby has no shoes, socks on and a short sleeved shirt on...crazy!!! I see this all the time and it disturbs me...:(
