Jess does have a beautiful figure, large or small, but she dresses the same way when she's large as when she is small. Now would be the time for pencil skirts, beautiful drapey blouses or fitted tanks, and belted tunics over slim cropped pants and high high heels. Come on Jess, you're gorgeous but you have to dress like a woman when you have the figure of one!
