please. another celebrity playing at politics. i like kidman and all, at least i did before she had her face pulled back into her hairline, but really, what does she know about violence to women? and what are they going to do? ban it? haven't they already? people that beat women don't care about the law as it is. another law won't fix it.

Like Brad Pitt...Nicole Kidman never did a thing for me.

I find it outrageous that so many people can say such hurtful words about Nicole. First, do you know her heart and what she has done for people less fortunate? I think not! If you knew her and Nic's loving gift of being empathic and caring you would not write such judgemental nonsense! She has always been a champion of women less fortunate than all of the nayslayers that take time to belittle Nicole's humble efforts! Way to go Nicole for speaking out and giving a voice to victims that have none! Nic, Happy Birthday to your loving husband, Keith! Kisses to your sweet, baby girl! May the 3 of you always receive as much love as you give!!

They have travelled, gather information and present it. There are other members who worked in the field also testified. At least some people would come out and support this cause. The celebrities have their own use: to bring attention to the cause. If we bring "real" people, nobody would pay attention, to be frank.

It's nice to see someone stand up for a great cause! no matter how big her forehead is!

What's with her forehead, lips and ch*n (the site says that word is profanity for some reason)?? She does not look the same as she did ten years ago. She looked SO much more natural and beautiful then. Plus I like her with the curly hair.
Nicole Kidman testified Wednesday in Washington D.C. before a House Foreign Affairs subcommittee about considering legislation to address violence against women.
