Won't be watching this season, these contestants are very serious, work extremely hard and should not be judged by a lesbian talk show host who has to clue as to what real talent is. Sure she'll bring comedy, but do the contestants really want to hear from her or someone who is in the business? Isn't Ryan Seacrest enough for the LGBT community?

I absolutely love Ellen, but I have to agree, I don't understand why they're putting a judge on the show that has nothing to do with the music industry. She's amazingly funny, giving, and a joy to watch, but I'm not a fan of the decision to make her a judge.

It's going to be a HOT MESS this season!! We don't need 4 judges, one being a comedian. Plus, Ellen's dancing is SO YESTERDAY!! We've only seen her dance a million freaking times. It was great at first, it's VERY old now. I think Ellen should host the Tonight Show and the Oscars, etc. But, she should NOT replace Paula. She's a freaking comedian.
