what does being a "real" parent have to do with this kid having a pacifier? the only time you see pictures of these kids is when they are with their mother...how much more of a real parent does she need to be? i guess raising her children, doing things with them, buying them things and loving them enough to get her self back together isn't enough? s*rew that "CANADA"....get over yourself.

a pacifier is ok at four as long as it doen't hurt them. it can hurt the ears and teeth.

Seriously it is NOT your kid why do you care? And Mia my first daughter was walking at 9 months. Should she have been out of diapers then? I'm sure you are one of those opinionated people without children.

  • November 12, 2009 - 4:28pm Britney

I had to add my opinion and say like a lot of other people on here, ITS NOT YOUR KID so why do you care how long she allows HER SON to keep his pacifier? Get over it people!!

  • November 12, 2009 - 2:31pm am

first of all that is not Sean Preston that is Jayden James drrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • November 12, 2009 - 2:24pm momoftwins

Jayden not Sean!! quit judging people!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • November 12, 2009 - 2:17pm Mia

Gross! Once the kid starts walking, it's time to get rid of the pacifier and diapers. How absurd is it that a child can walk on their own but still poops in his pants or sucks on a piece of rubber?

  • November 12, 2009 - 2:15pm sgasd

My god people! Mind your own buisiness! He is not your kid. A three-year-old with a pacifier is not that big of a deal, please find something better to do with your time!

When will parents learn to say no to their children? Just because they want a pacifier/bottle doesn't mean they should have it...

  • November 12, 2009 - 1:39pm Canada

it is easier for them to stuff their kids mouth with something then actually learn how to be a normal parent like the rest of the world..pathetic..I bet he is still in diapers..money can't buy you everything can it

  • November 12, 2009 - 1:33pm Teresa

    It's bad enough when Suri (3) has a bottle but a 4 year old with a pacifier?????????????teresa

  • November 12, 2009 - 1:31pm memyselfandI

And why does it matter to any of you if he has a pacifier in his mouth.....NOT YOUR KID!!!

  • November 12, 2009 - 1:17pm A

Ok, so it's Jayden...still too old for a pacifier!

  • November 12, 2009 - 1:15pm alyssa

her son is so cute but what is going on brittney

  • November 12, 2009 - 1:14pm jessica

even if it is jayden, he's 3 years old and shouldn't have a pacifier either at that age

  • November 12, 2009 - 1:09pm RDR

I'm glad I am not the only one that noticed that he is way too old to have a pacifier in his mouth. That's just as bad as Suri Cruise still sucking on a bottle.

  • November 12, 2009 - 12:53pm Lane

Still has pacifier, what the hell!!

  • November 12, 2009 - 12:53pm sarah

That's Jayden who is younger than Sean Preston

  • November 12, 2009 - 12:52pm Casandra

Why does this kid have a pacifier in his mouth, you start taking it away at 18 months to 2 years old not 4-5 years old. Stop letting your kid get everything and take it away

  • November 12, 2009 - 12:48pm Robbin

First of all, that is not Sean, it is Jayden. Seriously, how hard it is to get your facts straight. Isn't your job to report on celebrity news, and you seem to get ALOT of it wrong.
