i'm lov'in drew

I don't understand this "so what, they're animals?". Animals experience pain just like we do. And I don't believe they need to in order to develop a new mascara or shampoo. Drew is a sell-out b/c she was an animal rights supporter. I'm not putting her down to make myself feel better. That's the most stupid statement I've heard!! If it was J. Lo doing it, I wouldn't call her a sell out b/c she never has prompted animal rights, she wears fur! But Drew has. In fact, she was a vegetarian up until recently. I am not a vegetarian. I understand eating animals for food and even medical testing but cosmetic testing on animals is UNNECESSARY CRUELTY to animals who like us, experience pain. And um, we're animals too or did you fail biology?

Drew is not a sell-out just for getting a cosmetics contract. That's exactly what's wrong with obsessing about animal rights, you put down other people to make yourself feel better. I do buy more from Clinique, those companies that don't partake in it but like 3am ML's comment said..they're uh, animals...

I'm SO incredibly sad to hear that Gretchen is divorcing Danny. I think it has absolutely NOTHING to do with Breaking Bonaduce, their tv show. They had two seasons of the show, and aren't doing another one. They are really genuine, and normal people. Gretchen says that she doesn't want her kids to grow up in that environment. Danny is hilarious, gretchens a sweetheart, and ... you guys need to leave them alone. Danny does NOT want this but, its their business. Not ours.

Drew looks really beautiful lately. She seems to have grown into her own skin. I love her look!

Gretchen and Danny are crazy. I don't think it had anything to do with the reality show. I think they're money-grubbing media bleeps who were trying to cash in on a reality show. If you watched the show, they were done before it ever became a show. He's a FREAK!!!

As a humanity, it's our duty to protect Mother Nature.... less, that includes animals. But I don't have much of a problem testing sociopaths behind bars.... sick b@st@rds.

that sucks that Danny and Gretchen are divorcing. Hmmmmmm maybe it could be the course of the reality TV stint. It seems that any married couple that decided to share their private life on tv ended up getting divorced a short time later

Ok, my own two cents is this: Testing on animals for cosmetics is just vanity at it's peak. There is no reason that Bambi needs to wear mascara (now those who wear makeup for covering up medical issues another story). However when it comes to medicines, if it might help cancer or AIDs patients, do what you've got to do. But I also don't think that all animal testing is necessary. They should not experiment beyond what is required for the treatment of people. ODing Thumper probably isn't helping Auntie Em with her tumor.

I agree CK. Very disappointed. And yes Anon..lets test on humans. I'm sure there are loads of murderers, child molesters etc. sitting behind bars that could be put to use instead of some INNOCENT animal.

I'm really dissapointed in Drew. She used to be a big animal rights activist. And now she's promoting a company that tests on animals. Shame on you Drew for selling out.
