Alrighty, I think that's the point. She could very easily fall in those shoes. Not much is going to prevent the baby from getting hurt if she, well, falls down some stairs. It's not smart.

As far as I know, and I think that everybody knows it, pregnant women should not wear high heels, this could hurt their baby and have negative effect on pregnancy, didn't her doctors tell her?

Angelina is such a loving and compassionate person. That story was so touching. It really goes to show that there are people in the world with nothing who will still give up what little they do have to help others. There are so many of us with too much. If people only knew how fulfilling it is to help those less fortunate they would do it everyday.

Wow she's brave for wearing heels while preggers, not something I'd be able to pull off. She does look healthier than I've seen her in the past. Good luck to her in the rest of the pregnancy.

11:24 Re: the great big fat person comment. When you are pregnant you are sort of off balance. Overweight people kinda carry it all around. When I was pregnant I could barely make it around barefoot. And when I was extremely heavy after I had my children I would have broke some bones wearing those. That being said, she didn't just put those kind of shoes on this morning! She has built up some tolerance to them. I think she looks great and doesn't seem to be having any trouble in them. Also, I wish I looked like her in that bikini! She's a very cute pregnant woman.
