Howard Stern didn't even care one penny about Anna Smith. He cares about money flow in and keep coming in. what gross out is that He is one sick SOB! He dare to taken picture of Anna's son Daniel's passing away.
Howard is a pimping Anna peroid. no question...Daniel Smith didn't even like Howard at all for what He is doing to his mother. Howard is a leeach on Anna and it won't go away.

Anna was so drug up and couldn't have mind straight up. She is lonely and couldn't meet her old buddies,families, alot more. Howard and others staff the one stop everyone from visiting Anna. Poor Daniel he only spend an few hours to see his Mom and half baby sister then boom he was gone.

I surely wuld not want Mr. Stern as my lawyer...no scruples what so ever. Yes, he needs to be eveicted and he needs one heck of a lot of investigating in plenty of areas. As for Ms. Virgie, she too needs to crawl back to her nest in Texas...she is a huge mess and who cares if she was a deputy....there is corruption every where. As for Ms. Smith, obviously she had major drug problems and all the intervention in the world cannot make someone straighten up and fly right if they don't want to...she chose her path and it killed her. As for her son, something is very hinky there.

Adding to the most recent post....I agree that G. Ben Thompson should have the locks on Horizon changed immediately and move forward with a lawsuit against Howard K. Stern for back rent and damages if any. Although I don't care for the poster's raw language, I do agree that HKS is a pathological liar, squatter, kidnapper, and master manipulator. I also do believe that he was very instrumental in the deaths of both Anna Nicole Smith and her son, Daniel Smith and hope the the Bahamian court will exibit due diligence in gathering enough evidence to punish HKS to the fullest. It's amazing what people will do for money, isn't it? Let's not forget Virgie Arthur who stated last night on Greta Susteren's "on The Record" interview that she didn't want Howard Marshall's money, but did want to be Dannielynne's guardian so that she could have a say about the baby's money. She doesn't want the money......makes you say hmmmmm.......doesn't it?
Based on what I have observed throughout this protracted saga including the behaviors of Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K. Stern, I believe that they are both narcissistic sociopaths. I pray that Larry Birkhead will settle in with the daughter that he was deprived of knowing for the first seven months of her life. It's pretty clear that ANS and HKS knew that LB was the Father,which is why they fled to the Bahamas to prevent paternity testing and to prevent LB any access to his own daughter. It sounds like a prosecutable offense. In closing, I wish Larry Birkhead all the best in beginning a life with his precious daughter.

A mother doesn't have the right to keep a child from knowing its father and having a loving relationship with that child. To deprive him of that reveals a selfish mother whose child will grow up hating her. To those who put down Virgie--Virgie helped Anna raise DAnny until she went Hollywood--she hadn't all those horrible words for her mother until she got on drugs, had Stern around to program her with drugs and his wishes to get what he wanted. He couldn't take care of Anna properly--I keep hearing she had a mind of her own--yes, a druggie mind--and not able to make intelligent decisions. That's where he should have used at least common sense when she was ill. What did he do??? He was so concerned he left her to go buy a boat--suppose that is because that's what she wanted him to do too--so not being able to use one ounce of common sense either, he left her her. Get that baby out of his care!!!

I must say that I am also for Howard! He cannot and should not be blamed for Anna's problem! I had a family member with similar issues and you cannot make them stop drugs and watch over them 24/7! I beleive that Howard loved Anna very much and did the best he could. I can't stand listening to the media and others invent these crazy conspiracy stories for people to feed on! I don't know why (maybe all the media "hype") but I do have a feeling that Larry may be the father however no matter which one is DannyLynn's father I hope that maybe "they" (Larry and Howard) can forge some sort of relationship so that Dannylynn will be able to know both of the men who knew and loved her mother.

They need to keep Virgie far away! That woman needs to crawl back under whatever rock she crawled out of! Some one needs to tell her that her "15 minutes of fame" are up!

People have really got to stop saying "You're just jealous." Usually spelled "Your just jealous." Nobody's jealous of a bunch of criminals, questionable characters, and deceased people. Howard Stern was most likely a man who fell in love with a woman who was not in love with him but used him and so he used her too. It was a perfect match! She threw him crumbs and every time she got in trouble she ran to Howard to clean up the mess. Even Birkhead could not control her and would call Howard when Anna and he had a fight and she ran away from him and so he left her stranded in a Mall drugged out and 5 months pregnant. ALL YOU MORONS WHO BLAME HOWARD NEED TO EAT CROW! GET REAL! THE TRUTH IS THIS: Anna did what Anna wanted to do and Anna used everyone she could. So if Howard gets some money in the aftermath,or whatever, Good for Howard! The man who owns the house is a PIG too, so the PigPen is full!

Why would a man want to keep a child that he knows isn't his. Because he loves it, no way. For money. Why wouldn't a man help a junkie woman to kick the habit if he cared. Why would a man stay in a home as a squatter when the house is owned by his girl friends former lover. Because Howard K. Stern is not a man and a person without thoughts of no one but himself. He is depriving a child from others who love her. Also I would be ashamed of all the public display to earn money. Such a sick SOB. Most of all why is HKS seemingly to be the one on the winning side of everything. Why does the law move so slowly regarding all of this anna nicole business. On the Greta Van Susteren show tonight 3/29/07 it was stated that Howard K Stern has filed an appeal to stop the DNA. It was stated that Larry Birkhead should appeal to the CA court to get a TR so that the Ohio court could get the DNA and delivery it to the CA court. Then Larry could then appeal to the court to have his baby removed from Howard. If Howard then would not give up the baby, Larry could then have the CA court charge Howard K Stern with kidnapping and the Bahamas courts would then get the baby and turn her over to Larry.

Howard did not kill Anna! Why would he? There wedding was days away. If he was after her money wouldn't he have killed her after they were married? He was the only man that was always there for Anna. She chose to spend her life with him.
And as far as Anna's drug use, how many of you have had a loved one involved with drugs? There are two roads, you completely cut the person off from money, shelter, etc. or you end up becoming the enabler. Either choice is not an easy one. Lastly, if Anna abused drugs then it would not be hard to understand that her son most likely did as well.

Stern is a nothing but a blood sucking leach. He saw dollar figures when he laid eyes on Anna. She was too drugged up to think straight and he jumped right into that opportunity, now he's desperately trying to hold onto that defenseless baby who is worth a potential chunk of change. If Stern REALLY did love Anna, then he would've helped her get away from all the pill-popping. You don't GIVE drugs to people you care about!! And NO ONE leaves to go out "Yacht Shopping" when the person they allegedly LOVE is sick in bed with a 105 fever !!! Come on people, wake up ! He took 2 weak people (danny and anna) and drove them to their own deaths. They better get that baby away from him before she winds up the same way as her mom and her brother or has some kind of untimely accident! That guy is a wack-job.
