First off, a car accident is just that. I lost a loved one in a car accident and I did not blame the driver because it was an accident. Things happen that we as humans cannot control. As for Nick's friends family, I feel sorry that this happened to them and pray that they can overcome any problems they may have to deal with in the future.
As for Linda, shame on her for dating a 19 year old. I do not care who you are, dating someome 10 tears younger then you is just plain sick. You are not a teenager any more so grow up and get on with your life.
As for Hulk, if he keeps being upfront with everyone and truthful, I think he will come out of this a better person. He may have learned some hard lessons because of Linda, but in the end he will be a better person.

First, Nick is only a kid and we all do stupid things when we are kids. It was an accident, its not like he planned to crash and hurt his friend. I think he should have something out of it, but I would hope for the least amount of sentencing. Second, I am really tired of hearing everyone call her a slut for dating a 19 year old.
