people are jealous and envious to those who are lucky.I feel sorry for everyone involved.Why is their no forgiveness for mistakes. No one intentionally wants to hurt anybody. Don't punish people,forgive them and pray for everyone involved.Hulk,Linda Nick, Brooke and the family of the injured friend of Nick's need prayers, not criticizm. Brooke's wreck may have been an accident but it was no accident when Nick got behind the wheel of his sportscar after drinking and nearly killed himself and his friend! Everyone keeps saying it was an accident.he didn't mean to do this.no one intends to wrap their car around a tree but when you know you've been drinking and you speed excessively then what do you think is going to happen! Society is who make the rich and famous feel like gods because "we as a society" run out everyday to buy the magazines to see what kind of toilet paper they use..would anyone pay a million dollars for a picture of an average joes baby? has Nick had a job at all? Now he wants to whine about being in isolation.if he were in general population and he got his spoiled a** hurt in anyway then the lawsuits would pour in.just like poor Paris Hilton who had to eat jailhouse food and wear inmate clothes and was exposed to jail conditions that were harmful to her million dollar body! Not everyone in jail has committed a harsh or capital crime but they are in jail for one reason or another, and jail is not supposed to be a luxory getaway..it is designed to make you NOT do things to come back. If the parents would stop giving them anything they desire and be more responsible then maybe these celeb kids would know some responsibility and respect!On Larry King,when the guy called in and asked Hulk about supplying Nick with alcohol and allowing him to leave,he never gave an answer, just sidestepped it..how can the kids learn responsibility when the parents don't show any!? if a rich kid wrecks the Beamer mom and dad just by them a new one and there is never any consequence. Nick's consequence is his brain damaged friend but does he get it..no..he should be grateful he is in jail, even if it is isolation, and not brain damaged or dead! And his parents should be just as grateful that at least in 8 mths their son will WALK out of jail and be able to tell them he Loves them unlike his friend!

I keep hearing rumors that the divorce is really a cover-up to take the heat off Nick and protect him. Stupid wankers. PUT HIS A$$ IN JAIL!!!

On the reality show they were seeing a marriage therapist because Linda was having an affair with her trainer or massage therapist, they were on the verge of divorce about 5 months ago.

She is requesting 1/2 of his assests and alimony, and child support. If this is just so that they won't loose all their money due to a**hole's wreck where he was drag racing on a public street (how stupid is he) and might do jail time, is another stupid mistake. The courts should have Nick in jail for 3 yrs for wreckless driving and assault with a deadly weapon, and he should be the one to have to pay the money if they are sued. 10 to 1 the Hogan's have already told his family they would pay for all his medical costs and that they probably have already settled with the family out of court. They say that Hogan is worth 9.5 million, but I bet he is worth more, considering that it is the houses that are 9.5 mil.

this is a hard time for everyone involved,24years is a really really long time to be married and for linda to ask for a divorce now must be for a good reason whatever reason it is....
I hope everything works out,but I doubt they will get back together as this is one step a bit too far..but who knows,linda is an absolutely good hearted woman and Im sure she is as much heartbroken as anybody involved,but from what I've seen from the show hulk hogan is quiet a overbearing guy he likes controlling people and after 24years there is just so much you can take...

I also heard about the reasoning behind the divorce and protecting their assets. I do hope they work things out. They seem so in love and happy. Stress and strain from the accident can really put a lot of hardship on a family, but they should stick together and stay strong. So far the only two families that haven't separated or divorced after being on reality TV are Ozzy and family and Run and family. Good luck Hogan family and God Bless!!
