Now there's even more to love about Heidi Montag, star of the MTV reality show The Hills.
Usmagazine.com has learned exclusively that Montag, 20, underwent breast augmentation surgery on Monday at the Beverly Hills office of plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan.
Sources say that Montag had been considering the procedure for several years and just recently decided to go under the knife.
Montag, an aspiring singer who is recording a pop album with record producer David Foster for release later this year, waited to have the procedure done until after The Hills' second season wrapped.
The show's finale, which aired on Monday night, showed Montag moving out of the apartment she shared with best friend Lauren Conrad to live with her boyfriend, Spencer Pratt.
"Heidi just doesn't want to make a big deal out of it," says a source. "She did this for herself, and she's hoping to keep it as private as possible."
Montag, whom we've learned is recovering well, couldn't be reached for comment.

Okay I do not like Heidi but who really gives a rat's a** whether she got implants or not? I see nothing wrong with plastic surgery and I myself want to get a boob job and rhinoplasty as well as some work done on my mouth to improve my smile. Oh and Heidi looked better before she had the rhinoplasty. She wasn't pretty to begin with but she should not have had the rhinoplasty!

Of course she needed implants. She has to do everything she can do to keep her studly man. Damn he isnt going to stay with her too much longer if she doesnt fix herself to his expectations. I think Heidi only thinks about Heidi---period! What's in it for Heidi, how heidi looks and what she's going to get out of it. I think she used Lauren from the get go--for what is beyond me, because she wont amount to much. She isn't an actress or a singer. Lauren will go far in life and she doesnt need a friend like Heidi tagging along like a little puppy dog.

If she wanted to get implants that is her business, whatever she wants to do with her life, is her busiess, you guys are sending her bad energy and hatting on her, you think that will affect her but it will affect you all. You people need to change and find soe way to get love in your hearts!!! If she is with that guy and he is bad for her that is a lesson that she needs to learn in order to become a better person, and I garantee you she will, but you guys doing this is not something that a good person who you think you all are would do. mmmmmmm.......can't help but think this spencer bloke has a lot to do with your change of image, however, if I am wrong then I apologise...I just hope you did it for yourself & not for all the wrong reasons. You are a nice person with a good heart, I watched Laguna Beach and the Hills and observed a seriously good friendship disappearing fast - I am truly saddened that you could not keep your friendship with LC and with your boyfriend! just remember boyfriends come and go but good friends are hard to comeby. I think Heidi is a horrible friend. I think she realizes this. Of course weather she has boobs or not its none of our business. but what did she expect? she knew when putting her life on TV people were going to want to know these things. I think the fact she lied to Lauren so much during the show, made lauren realize she needs better friends then a stupid slut like Heidi. The boobs weren't neccisary to add to her already fake personality.
