Spider Man 3 star Tobey Maguire, 31, and his jewelry designer fiancée, Jen Meyer, 29, have decided to name their daughter Ruby, Us Weekly has learned.
Why? "Because they treasure her like a jewel," says a friend of Meyer’s. "And they also just like the name."
Ruby was born at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, California, on November 10. Maguire and Meyer have been engaged since April of 2006. This is the couple's first child.

While I like the name, I think naming your daughter after a gem when you are a jewelry designer is a bit on the cheesey side. It's like me being a teacher and naming my child "Book." Although... my dad is a farmer and my brother Timothy is named after the type of wheat...

Krista-It's called a terroristic threat and yes you can and WILL serve jail time. If found convicted, which you would be because of all your threats on various threads, you would do anywhere from 6 to 12 months in prison. And as far as you not caring???
