i dont think it's ok to be flashing your vagina to everybody, but not wearing panties is ok. im a 35 year ild mom and i dont always wear panties. i think young girls(12 and under) should be wearing panties unless theyre at home

Jen1, you have a point about the photographers, but I just wonder, are they actually aiming at the crotch, or does it just happen that way? and in some of the pictures, my gosh, it looks like the dress is up around her waist on another site, like she pulled it up before she got out of the car...and in one of the photos they posted on another site saying brit wasn't wearing panties, she actually was wearing them. you could see a print on the panties, but it looked like someone was trying to fade it out to make it look like she wasn't wearing any and perhaps make people think it was hair, but it wasn't, it was panties. but that's not the point, I think they are doing it for attention, for the shock value and to create controversy, that or they are so high they don't realize they are airing their cooters to the world.

Obviously Britney did it on purpose because it happened 5 times. Paris has no shame and she loves the spot light. Lindsay on the other hand, I'm not sure she planned it. It looks like she is coming off a boat. She's trying to step up onto the deck. A gust of wind lifted up her dress. Still she should of worn some under wear.
