Nancy Grace got busted again after the Court ruled against the State of Texas, and which ultimately “ruled” against everything Nancy has said for months now regarding the Polygamist Ranch issues. The three Judges have essentially “ruled” that Nancy is a complete and total liar and a fraud. The Judges have essentially “ruled” that Nancy has victimized the viewers of her show, as well as Nancy victimizing all the children and the adults from the compound which will likely sue Nancy and others for the crimes Nancy documented against herself, once again. Form a line to the right, and get your checkbook ready Nancy. Payday’s approaching real soon, once again. Crimes against victims will cost you big on this case too, Nancy, you should have learned your lessen before from the previous lawsuits you lost earlier. Looks like you’ll have to slow down on the alcohol and prescription drug consumption/usage a bit now Nancy, to help cover your loses on these upcoming suspected lawsuits too.

It is VERY hard to get legal intervention to commit someone against their will. You cannot force a person into treatment. They have to be proven to by unable to make rational decisions for themselves, or a threat. As she was released from the 72 hour hold after about one third of that time, it would be very unlikely that any court would forcibly commit her.

It's sad, but true. The alternative is scary, legally. If you start forcing people to get help when they are not legally insane, then you open the door for anyone to be committed. You open the door for people to be forced into treatment they have moral objections to, i.e., religious objections. It comes down to people can do what people want to themselves. This is partly why family members and friends are encouraged to eventually disengage. There is only so much they can do so do all you can then one has to focus on their own health, their own healing in terms of the other's addiction. And sometimes losing the support of friends and family is enough to jolt someone.

In the case of Britney, it would be even harder for her to be aware of her losses. Unlike others she's not going to end up in a box in an alley. She's not going to lose her physical comforts. It's very frightening to watch.

Britney's family and TRUE friends seriously needs to do an intervention on her. Someone has to step up to the plate and take responsibility for her!!! Britney is very ill. It may be painful, but that pain would NOT be NEAR the pain of her death, losing a daughter, a sister, a young mother and friend. The time for action is NOW! Perfect time, she can at least start treatment for the next month, as she can't have visitation with her beautiful boys. But those boys deserve a well adjusted, sane Mom. And to Mr. and Mrs Spears, you deserve to have your daughter back! The whole family needs to sit down with an interventionalist and DO THIS before we read about her dying.

I just read that article about the child star, 25 yr old Brad Renfro being found dead this morning after partying with his friends last night. THAT could have been Britney!

As a woman with 2 cute boys and her whole life in front of her, step up to the plate, even if she doesn't like it. If there ever is a "someday" when she is happy and smiling, blossomimg into the woman God meant for her to be. That day can come. She's to ill to see it for herself. You, Britney's family and friends need to due this immediately! She may be the obituary we read in the news tomorrow.
