Miranda Kerr Sings on “You’re The Boss” with Bobby Fox: Listen to Supermodel’s Debut Single

Not just a model anymore! Former Victoria’s Secret angel Miranda Kerr tried her hand at singing, releasing her first song this week.

Kerr, 31, teamed up with Irish crooner Bobby Fox to record “You’re the Boss,” a cover of Elvis Presley‘s 1960s recording. She takes the place of ’60s siren Ann-Margret, who lent her vocals to the original song, while the Jersey Boys performer fills in for The King.

“When it comes to twistin’ / I just got to keep insistin’ / Oh daddy / you are the king,” Kerr sings in the jazzy number. “In the middle of the night when the moon is shining bright / You’re the boss.” The single will be featured on Fox’s upcoming studio album, The Fantastic Mr. Fox.

The newly single Australian beauty and mom to son Fylnn, 3, debuted the song just days after her 31st birthday on Sunday, April 20. Kerr, who announced her split from estranged husband Orlando Bloom in October 2013, celebrated her birthday with lots of balloons and extravagant gifts, which she shared photos of on Instagram.
