OH and don't forget they aren't really saying WHAT kind of work out she is doing... we are sitting here thinking high energy work out. She could run for a bit and maybe do some of what every one is thinking... but a lot of it could be yoga...
think about yoga instructors who teach 4 or 5 classes a day... technically they work out 5-7 hours a day teaching their classes and they don't look like the hulk or have body image issues or anything like that... the opposite actually. They usually look lithe and healthy and very in shape... AND 30 minutes of bikram yoga is the equivalent of an hour and a half of running (you do actually build a lot of muscle during yoga... you become strong enough to be able to lift your own body weight if you stick with it regularly). My guess? She works our for 2 hours... 30 - 40 minutes running and the rest is some yoga or pilates gig.
