Brittany Murphy and Factory Girl executive producer and writer Simon Monjack shocked friends and family in April by marrying after only four months of dating. The couple skipped the proposal and honeymoon, exchanging Neil Lane rings in a private L.A. home with only their families present.
But now Murphy’s inner circle is growing concerned about her new man’s history before he swept Murphy, 29, off her feet.
Among his troubles: two warrants for his arrest in Virginia for alleged credit-card theft and fraud; an unpaid $6,087 legal bill, and a $502,910 judgment against him by a British investment firm.
And Us Weekly reports in its new issue that Monjack gave his former fiancée, British film producer Taira Rafiq, an engagement ring he had told her was a diamond but was, in fact, cubic zirconia.
He also was jailed earlier this year for overstaying his tourist visa, and Murphy, 29, had to bail him out. “Simon began pushing for marriage, since he was going to be deported,” says a source, adding that Murphy paid for her own engagement ring
Monjack tells Us, “It is a real tragedy that success, greed, envy and celebrity are the motivation for attacking my family and character.”

Soooo, that is the first paragraph and I take it's all a stupid lie' from freefall and i am kind of comparing myself to a poor person. The sign is the truth and I am the person holding the sign. You are ignoring the truth as if it is all a stupid lie---it is hard to explain I know! Lastly about my age group---I am sick of people making comments about my age group...I was talking to--dont tell anyone but a phycologest and he told me if I am too mature and senseable for my age i will either get high on drugs and sex or get pregnant at age 12 and i was thinking "what the hell?" He doesnt really understand me. I would never do something that crazy. But everyone is on my @$$ threatening me that if I stay mature for my age "this" will happen. If someone told me that 11 year olds sucked, I would not be offended in any way. I would agree because I do not consider myself 11 years old. You know? I am just sick of this nonsense about my age--heck i even LOOK like an adult. I wear platform shoes and make up and designer cloths and I look like I am 20, (so people say.) So if I am blown off by someone saying that i am immature, then I know they are just jealous. It really did seem that we had a lot of the same ideas and we had a lot in common though. But I know how we can get to a place SAFER then hi5. Just get back to me...and i will talk to you later.

Monique, girl, you do not have to feel sorry for me at all. When I am humilliated on this site i think "all the more power to them." you taught me that! I took that into consideration. I am not as obsessed with US as you may think. I am just on a lot and I just want to smooth things out with you, and sometimes I may get obsessed with stuff because that is part of my OCD. Get why they call it OBSESSIVE compulsive disorder. I am okay, really. I just really want to have a friendship with you because we have been through a lot and you made me feel very confident about myself! Not to be self centered but I do think I am a very classy person. I do have a life I just think that so much has happened on US that i need to be there a lot. Sometimes when i figure there is nothing going on, you may be trying to get my attention.
