Actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler and club owner Scott Sartiano have split, a source close to the pair tells Usmagazine.com.

"It just couldn't work," the source said. "It's what's best for them right now. They're both really sad. They were very in love."

The pair started dating after New Year's Eve two years ago.

Sigler, 26, is moving to L.A. to pursue roles while Sartiano is based in New York, the source said. "They're both very focused on their careers," the source added.

"It wasn't a bad breakup," the source told Us. "They're still talking."

Sigler is best known for her role as Meadow Soprano on The Sopranos. She was previously married to agent A.J. DiScala. They divorced in 2005.

Sources say Scott Sartiano’s brother not worth being named had moved back in with his bro after a short stint in North Carolina. Jamie-Lynn was appalled by Scott’s brother, who is not worth being named. His constant 1uping seem to split the couple.
