EXCUSE ME LADIES!! who think they can sit here and act like their lives are SO PERFECT! well let me tell you something. she got pregnant... it was an accident and she is stepping up to the plate and being an adult about it all.. just because YOU waited until marriage or have "THE REALISTIC LIFE" well let me tell you one or two things...get over yourself and get over Jamie-Lynn Spears... she is HUMAN... obviously you are not!!

Poor girl. As may of you have already said, she is not the first nor is she that last teenage girl to get pregnant. She seems to have a good head on her shoulders so hopefully everything will work out fine for her!

Shes not the first pregnant 17 year old so get over it there are pregnant 15 year olds out there so leave her alone she has a right to be happy.

What reason does she have to be happy?????? i mean seriously people... she is a highschool drop who is knocked up and she is a teenager. she threw her life away. rich or not, people are going to remember her for her pregnancy more than anything.she went from teen queen to teen baby mama. so sad.

So true, even though I doubt she is very wealthy, but still she can still probably afford to go to Motherhood and buy a cute little strapless maternity sundress and cute flats or a cute pair of maternity capris with a fresh looking tank. But since she's living in Kentwood and not Hollywood, maybe she thinks... why bother? Looking at all her pics, it's clear she is NOT happy.

This family is laughing all the way to the bank. They are all riding on Britneys tail coat. That could be ONE reason (among others) why Brit is having a nervous breakdown, and I'm sure she is taking medication now.

shes a 17 yr old girl hu made a mistake, most 13 yr olds are havn sex and gettin pregnant, just cause shes in public eye means its DRAMA..
as for her mum she should take care of both daughters, brit has her dad, jamie needs her mum at this hard time.

I know I shouldn't, but I question Lynn Spears on this. She's a mother and she SHOULD have made time for both her daughters. Although Britney couldn't have went to Lousiana, because of her sons, and I know Jaime Lynn wants to lead a normal life (as much as possible) in Kentwood, Lousiana...but with all that said, Lynn Spears should have made time for BOTH daughters. I mean seriously, she spent her Birthday at Ruby Tuesdays and went to Wal-Mart. Britney had her father with her. Lynn could have went home and spent a week or so with Jaime Lynn.

Careful! We are talking about the Spears family afterall! But seriously... Lynn couldn't manage to see her daughter in a couple of MONTHS? Really? Not even able to hop on a plane and go home for 1 weekend within that time? It's not as if she was leaving Britney completely alone. Jamie was there.

I can see where a lot of people may think Jamie Lynn Spears mother is horrible..but come on, the 17 year old is pregnant. What more can she get herself into? What's done is done, Brittany is a mess and NEEDS all the HELP she can GET. Looks like, this is what she needed and is pulling through with the help of her two parents.

You weigh between your kids, one pregnanat, and the other who is mostly likely suicidal. As a mother, I would choose to save my childs life, even though my other daughter who is fine, healthy and pregnant is at home with family relatives all surrounding her. Im sure if Jamie Lynn felt she needed her mom bad enough, she would have gone with her mom or later joined her. She's not in school, but Im sure she rather stay behind and be with her boyfriend- since their engaged to be married?

All of you going on about how she looks, Did you all look amazing when you were pregnant? Most pregnant women want to be comfortable not dressing like they are going to some red carpet event. Leave her alone!

I think it's refreshing she doesn't feel the need to be all dolled up. She is pregnant after all. She should be comfortable. Also, she's not in LA. She's in her hometown where she knows everyone. It's a different lifestyle.

This whole family is nothing but mental, And Im not saying I wish any of them harm, but people want to say "she's a role model because she isn't getting an abortion" or "it happens everyday, its refreshing to realize it happens in hollywood too". Well got news for you, you are right it happens everyday but the difference is, the girls in the REAL world don't have hundreds of thousands of dollars, commercial deals coming out with them in materinaty clothing, or baby companies lining up to GIVE them crap for the little kid. Girls in the REAL world have to worry about how they are going to buy things baby needs, pay for shots, housing, day care and finish school. She's no where in the REAL world....

I can see it now mommy Spears is prob talking to MTV or someone telling them that Spears Jamie should be shadowed after baby is born doing some Teen Mommy reality show. Oh yeah I can see there fliming and whee baby Spears takes a dump and Jamie yells "cut, nanny, baby dump!" So nanny comes running in changes the tyke and then they film that where just the hands are on baby, no face shots, cut, set Jamie there to put diaper on while they film. She won't be doing any real stuff any other mom does, just like Britnay, and don't even let Granny Spears get too close she has fangs and she can't wait to get more dollars out of yet another Spears! This child will NOT have any normalcy to his or her life. I pitty most hollywood children, they grow up in fantasy land without their parents, just nannies. Sad world we live in when people call that normal.
