Much has been made of Jennifer Aniston and Orlando Bloom’s supposed “weekend getaway” to Mexico, but sources tell Usmagazine.com that the two are purely platonic.

Aniston, 38, and Bloom, 30, were photographed on September 30 in Punta Mita, Mexico, lounging in the sun at Casa Aramara, the $25 million mansion owned by Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis. However, they were only in down to attend the nuptials of manager pal Todd Deiner.

“They’re just friends,” an insider tells Us. “Two people who were in Mexico for a friend’s wedding who happened to stay in the same place. There were many other people staying there. It wasn’t some romantic getaway.”

Hmmm they didn't plan to meet there, so its not like they are really close. There is nothing wrong with them sharing drinks and/or dinner with a bunch of other people that were there as well. Some people make so much out of nothing.
