VIDEO: Jennifer Lopez Finally Confirms She's Pregnant

The singer, 38, confirmed Us’ original report Wednesday during the Miami leg of her and Anthony’s El Cantante Tour. Sources told Us then that she could be delivering twins! "Marc and I are expecting!" she gushed to a stunned audience. Hubby Marc Anthony, 39, was just as surprised. “I didn’t know she was going to talk,” he told fans as he leaned down to kiss her growing baby bump, the Associated Press reports. After thanking the audience for their applause, Lopez told fans, "We are happy, too. “This is a special time in our lives," she added. "And we waited until the last show to tell you."
