What do Jennifer Aniston, Ashlee Simpson and Cameron Diaz have in common? When Aniston recently underwent rhinoplasty, she turned to Dr. Raj Kanodia, the plastic surgeon behind Simpson's and Diaz’s new noses.
In the early morning hours of January 20, one day after taping a guest spot on pal Courteney Cox's new series Dirt, Aniston's driver dropped her off at Kanodia’s office in Beverly Hills.
The actress emerged four hours later, but instead of her usual golden glow, she sported fresh black-and-blue bruises along her right eyebrow and across the tip of her nose and upper lip.
Aniston’s rep confirms the operation. “Jennifer had a procedure done to correct a deviated septum that was incorrectly done over 12 years ago,” he tells Us Weekly.
Indeed, a source tells Us that Aniston, 37, had wanted to have the nose job for more than a decade.
So why would America's Sweetheart decide to fine-tune her look?
“Jen has hated her nose ever since her first nose job,” a source close to the actress tells Us. “She always said how lousy it was and that her nose was still too wide.”
Why are some sources pointing to Brad Pitt's relationship with Angelina Jolie as the reason Jen went under the knife? What has the Friends star said in the past about plastic surgery? What other major life changes has Jen made recently?

Jennifer Aniston can do whatever she wants to her body as long as it does not cross the line and need family and friends to intervene.
Her nose was fine when she was younger, after her first nose job, and will be fine if she shaves a little off now.
She doesn't seem the type to be weird or outragious so I am sure she would keep it simple and just give it a little definition. I think it will only make her more attractive. However, it is her gorgeous eyes and cute smile are all that matter.
Not a big fan - just call them as I see them.

Something's still odd about her face - she has the same fake-looking jawline as M.Jackson. I'd noticed that awhile ago, tho. She had an ethnic nose, and to get rid of that has only proven to further disrupt the rest of her features. Jolie went too far w/ her nose, as well. Her lips are too big for a nose that small. I must say, however, that it looks a little better than her original nose, which is not always the case. The way you're 'made' at birth is probably the way you should stay, barring any medical reasons for change! Otherwise, you end up looking like assembly-line fake hollywood stuff.

This is for T T. Let me ask you a question have you ever really been in love? How can you just so casually say get over it , move on? First of all you have no idea how Jennifer feels now, second I believe she loved her husband with her whole heart and that is not something you "GET OVER". While everyone is different in the way they deal with things we are all human and no matter how badly someone we truly love hurts us it doesn't mean your feelings just stop fot them in that instant, if that were true no one would ever have to worry about a broken heart. I have loved and lost in the past and let me tell you it takes a very long time to get past it. If it is your first love and is the real deal you don't ever completely stop caring for that person. I think Jen has shown amazing grace considering what she lost and having to go through it in the public eye no less. As for A J if she was any kind of a decent woman at all she would never have gotten involved with Brad. I don't know what problems Jen & Brad may have or may not have had. They are the only ones that know the answers to that as it should be, but if little miss homewrecker had kept her hands to herself maybe if there were problems they could have worked it out. I realize it took both of them (A J & BRAD), but as a woman I only know that if a married man tried to have something to do with me there is no way I would ever let it even start. If he did start it she could ALWAYS HAVE SAID NO!!!!!!! I think she keeps adopting all these babies in part to try and make him feel trapped or guilty if he should want to leave. I'm betting, and this is just my own thoughts, right about now the life he had with his wife before all the craziness is being sorely missed. I think MS. JOLIE is not the woman for him and I think (my opinion) Brad will ALWAYS love Jen, which is why she is so jealous of Jennifer. Whatever she had done to her nose doesn't really matter she is and always has been beautiful and Angie can only wish she will ever look half as good!!

First of all this article is not even correct. A deviated septum means crooked bones but its not something you can usually see. The article says that she got a deviated septum corrected. Then later on it says something about fine tuning her look. My guess, Aniston says that she had a deviated septum fixed, bc most ppl who get work done say this, but instead she probably just had a normal rhino for cosmetic purposes. Either way who cares b/c she looks the same.

I think that everyone makes too big a deal of what Hollywood stars do with their lives, from why Anna Nicole Smith got drunk in public, to why Britney Spears shaved her head, to why Jennifer Anniston may have gotten a nose job. These are all very personal things that I am sure if the tabloids didn't go around spreading vicious rumors, would be kept private and remain unimportant, such as they are.
A person's surgical procedure does not change the individual, only their outward appearance. They are still the same person, on the inside, and if on the outside, doing something surgical makes them a little bit happier, and makes it easier for them to get up in the morning and look into the mirror, then all means, who are we to judge?
Certainly, a lot of the population would have surgery to various parts of their bodies were it not for the most obvious reason..we don't have money stars have.
All power to her..I hardly even noticed anything different about Jennifer's nose..it is not like her appearance has changed so drastically that you can't recognize her!
People, get a life and leave Hollywood stars alone!

Those individuals that took the time to actually write that Ms. Aniston is "ugly" are very nasty people, and should really rethink how they view people and think about other people in general. There is a saying, which I feel is true, and it says that when people find faults in others it's really their own faults they are looking for in others. No matter what they look for to find fault with it will always be the same thing for that person. In other words, rather than being so shallow and hating people for what they look like, you should stop and rethink about how you feel about yourself. It appears from what you've said that you really think you are ugly and hate yourself. You really should seek counselling or spiritual guidance.

Hello, who said who cheated grandma?? No one. Who said Angelina was the reason for Brad and Jennifer's marriage break up. NOT Jennifer herself and she should know. In fact Jennifer said in her VF interview that the break up was not because of Angelina and the reasons were complicated. You bet it was complicated.
But what ever the reason, Angelina was NOT THE CAUSE of the marriage break down or are you saying that Jennifer was lying.
If she is lying about that, and lying about the nose job and lying about Vince, then what else was she lying about. Wanting children perhaps??? You can of course believe selectively, but on what criteria do you select what she said is true and what she said if false?? If life is grey then who are you to judge old lady??
If I think Jennifer is a liar, then I would follow the reasoning to its logical conclusion. And so, she lied about wanting kids to Brad and then, when he finally worked out that Jennifer had been lying about something so fundamental to him, he left her. In the end, Brad didn't leave Jennifer becuase of children, or because of Angelina, (which is what he said in his interview), he left Jennifer because he no longer trusted or respected her (actually he said it was complicated). And given that the question of children is so fundamental to the marriage, I don't blame Brad at all for leaving Jennifer's sorry ass.
However, I do believe that neither Brad nor Angelina had any sort of intimate relationship prior to Jennifer and Brad separating. Both Brad and Angelina said they didn't and I believe them. When I look at their actions since they got together, I say, they have been consistent. He said he wants kids, now he has three. She does humanitarian work, now they have the JOlie Pitt foundation. they said they didn't get together till after separation, and true enough, there is not one photo of them inappropriately touching in an inappropriate setting. In May or June 05 when they were interviewed, they did not deny they were in a relationship, they said, we don't know what is happening yet between us and when we do, we'll tell you. And they did.
is what I believe true?? Who knows?? But I'm just following my reasoning to its logical conclusions. if I believe things are grey, then it isn't for me to judge the circumstances.
I was a Jennifer fan (not fanatic) but since the VF interview onward, I've seen her manipulations and lack of respect for her fans. I dislike Jennifer for her own actions.

If you get a deviated septum fixed, it is inside the nose. Also, if she had a nose job she would have had major bandages on her face. In one picture she is smiling, and in the others she is not. That is why the nose looks different.
