Jessica Alba: "Cash and I Have Been Glued to the Olympics!"

Jessica Alba and husband Cash Warren can't get enough of the Olympics.

"I don't know about you all but Cash and I have been glued to the Olympics," she wrote in a blog post titled "What an Amazing Opening Ceremony!" on MySpace.

"How amazing was the opening ceremony?!?" she continued. "I still don't know how they coordinated 2008 people to move in perfect sync."

Alba, 27, described the men's 400 meter relay as "insane.

"We were down by almost a half body length going into the final turn and then next thing you knew it was closer, closer, closer until we touched the wall first!" she wrote. "Cash and I went crazy."

She said swimmer Michael Phelps's victory was "so memorable.

"The last time I got this excited watching sports was when [pal Baron Davis] was in the NBA playoffs," she added.

As for 2-month-old daughter Honor, Alba wrote: "Everyone in the family is doing great."

I don't consider supporting our nation's finest having no life. Those athletes contain a physical and emotional strength that most of us will never experience. They have dedicated their entire lives to this one moment and I support them completely. They deserve it. GO TEAM USA!!!

Personally, I thought the opening ceremony sucked. I mean, a bunch of guys drumming away. The only cool thing was the countdown. Even the little girl singing was a fake. She pulled a Milli Vanilli. The fireworks were also fake. The only thing that was worth waiting for, was the U.S walking out.

That swimming relay race where the Americans beat that trash talking french team-INCREDIBLE! I was sooo pumped and glad that the US shut them up, talking about "smashing" us, lol. I'm excited to watch Women's Gymnastics, hopefully they can win the gold, but in my mind the Magnificient Seven from the 1996 ATL Olympics were the best and I had a little more confidence with them...

Hello! Anybody with a brain? The Olympics are held every 2 years - alternating between Winter and Summer. So, technically, there is a four year gap from one winter or summer olympics til the next time the same (winter or summer) is held. Hate to criticize, but you all are coming off as ignorant Americans. And as an American, I'm embarrassed that you don't know better...BTW, the last time the Olympics aired, it was the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy!
