I agree with everyone who thinks that she's wrong for not naming names. If you're going to accuse one of your boyfriends of abuse, you should be required to say who did it. Otherwise, people are going to do what some idiots have already done and just take wild guesses at who you're talking about. For the record, I don't think it was Nick or John Mayer (don't know who else she dated). Like others have pointed out, if she had been abused recently, her creepy dad definitely would have mentioned it to sell her records and get sympathy-especially after her divorce when everyone hated her.
