I personally think that John could be a great husband to someone, someday. However, I don't think that Jessica Simpson is that someone. If i were John, I wouldn't want Nick Lachey's sloppy seconds. No thanks! But I'm a Mayer fan not a Jess fan. I hope they never sing together because she would probably ruin his whole "sound"...just my opinion though. I am absolutely obsessed with john but because of this whole jessica ordeal, john is becoming a sellout and that blows! I think he should ditch her.

I feel sorry for people who believe looks are the basis of a relationship. These people have obviously never been in a real relationship before, and should try to refrain from being jealous of those who are. John and Jessica are the only ones who know if they are right for each other, so let them figure it out!

I think Jessica doesnt want to brod cast her new realationship. Reason being that the MTV hit Newly Weds took a tole on her past marrige with Nick. I think John doesnt want the media involved because he doesnt want rummers to circle the two of them. I'm sure he's protecting the twos realtionship out of love. However I think Johns ugly. He may be good with words but I think he's no G Q. I want to see Jessica with a Justin Timberlake. Or Antonio Sabato Jr........who knows........

I'm not so sure about John's medical condition, but anyone who would say anything bad about Jessica probably has one. She's basically amazing and there isn't any reason anyone should say anything bad about her and Nick splitting up. Even though Vanessa pretty much sucks (haha) they decided to split up for a reason. Plus, John is a very intelligent person. If he has a big head, so what. And obviously he must be something special if Jessica likes him. duh.

Am I like the only person wearing contacts that can actually see this guys face....John Mayer is F*ing U-G-L-Y!!!! Jessica is just stupid for doing what she did to Nick because they were perfect! I knew when she started making all those movies that the fame was gonna go to her head! She is NEVER and I mean NEVER gonna find nebody as sweet and FINE, and best voice as Nck Lachey...That's a put down on Nick's part for even attempting to see that ugly a guy, oh and how can I forget this part am I also the only one that can hear right?? Cause the guy CAN'T sing to save his or nebody else's life!! I can't imagine her trying to do a duet with this non singing freak! He looks like a corpse....All he has to do is lay down shut his eyes and cross his arms and he'll look like he's dead. Well neway, enough about that, now the Justin and Scarlett thing....I love Justin, and I love Scarlett, so I wouldn't mind seeing them together at all, although I have to say I really would rather see him get back with Britney, as I'm sure everyone else that knew how they use to be does too!! I just really hope it isn't true about him and Jessica Biel cause she looks like a sex change gone wrong! She's just not pretty to me at all, but that's just me. It seems like these days the prettiest people have the ugliest taste in their partners....OMG-Especially Jennifer Lopez! She looks like she's toting around a skeleton everywhere she goes when Marc Anthony goes with her! That guy I have to say is even uglier than John Mayer!

I think John is marriage material, someday, but not now. He seems to be taking the scenic route, which honestly, I applaude him for that. Just like anyone else, he'll be ready, when he is ready. Good luck to the both of them. :)

John Mayer is smoking hot and sexy as all get-out. Why? Because he's got major talent, intelligence and a great sense of humor...and he's not bad looking. Jessica Simpson is a very lucky woman. Obviously she learned something from the failed marriage to Nick. I've heard her sing, and while not my style, she does have a voice and she's very pretty. Hopefully, this relationship represents a turning point for both. He can can stop being lonely and finally have some love in his life (read some interviews with him, it's something he's been looking for and takes seriously). For Jessica, whose fame thus far has been based more on her looks than her talent, I think it will be refreshing to have a partner who helps her develop her talent and appreciates her sweetness, rather than treating her like an object.

We all know, that Jessica will take whatever/whoever she can get right now. A year ago, when she thought she was hot s***, she would never have looked twice at John. But Jessica learned quickly after having a few one night stands, that most men in Hollywood won't touch her with a ten foot.
I'm sure that John is just enjoying himself, a desperate woman like Jessica no doubt gives it up every night.

I don't necessarily have anything against Jessica Simpson. I know she was really annoying on the show but I can't base my whole opinion of her based on that. If I did, I would hate her guts but I give her the benefit of the doubt. The part that bothers me is that John Mayer really gave many people the impression that he was down to earth. I don't know everything about Jessica Simpson, but I have gathered that she loves media attention. It's also pretty obvious that she's not famous for anything she has done. She's famous for being a washed out pop star that went on a reality show with her doomed marriage. Since then, everything else I know is what I read about in the tabloids. It might not be true, but it defitely qualifies her as one of the "Paris Hilton" types. She's famous for nothing but gets media attention anyway. I don't understand why a relatively mellow musician like John Mayer would want to creat that kind of buzz for himself. It's one thing to date some hot, respectable actress/musician, but why Jessica Simpson? I guess I don't understand it. It's one thing to have no talent but Jess has no talent but still acts like she is important in the industry. I don't see how supposedly intelligent people like John MAYER would find that attractive.

Oh thats grat for Jess, now she is a new person and of course a new man. THATS ROCK.
