With the writers' strike under way Monday, Us breaks down what you can expect to see tonight on TV:

Reruns of:
The Late Show with David Letterman
The Tonight Show With Jay Leno
The Colbert Report
The Daily Show
Late Night with Conan O’Brien
Jimmy Kimmel Live

Most primetime shows have about a month’s worth of episodes already shot before reruns may begin.

A quick run-down:
Grey’s Anatomy: has shot episodes to last through Christmas, Patrick Dempsey said in an interview.
Lost: Has shot 8 of 16 episodes (starts in February)
Dirty Sexy Money: Has 5-7 episodes left
24: Has shot 8-9 of 24 episodes (starts in January)
30 Rock: Has 5 episodes left
Friday Night Lights : Has at least 10 episodes left

Not affected:
The Oprah Winfrey Show
The Ellen DeGeneres Show
The View

Reality show fans, rejoice: Shows like The Hills or Dancing With the Stars will not be affected; neither will sports programming.

How long could the strike last? Depends. The last walk-out, in 1988, went on for 22 weeks.
