UPDATE: Jury: Driver, Paparazzi to Blame for Princess Diana's Death

 TIM ROOKE/Rex Features Driver Henri Paul and the paparazzi were to blame for the deaths of Princess Diana and her beau, Dodi Al Fayed, an inquest jury concluded Monday. The jury reached their joint verdicts of "gross negligence manslaughter" more than 10 years after Diana, Fayed and Paul were killed after Paul crashed their hired Mercedes into a pillar in a Paris underpass on August 31, 1997. The jury also determined that Paul's drunk driving and the fact that neither Fayed nor Diana were wearing seatbelts also contributed to their deaths. Princes Harry and William released a statement Monday agreeing with the findings. "We agree with their verdicts, and are both hugely grateful to each and every one of them for the forbearance they have shown in accepting such significant disruption to their lives over the past six months," they said. "Finally," they added, "the two of us would like to express our most profound gratitude to all those who fought so desperately to save our mother's life on that tragic night." Something about this is just not right. Lab tests that was done on Henri Paul's blood not only showed a blood alcohol concentration that was 3 times the legal limit but that he also had a 20% concentration of carbon monoxide in his blood, a concentration level of carbon monoxide that is double or more than double what the concentration level of carbon monoxide would be in a 3-pack-a-day cigarette smoker and a concentration level of carbon monoxide that is about equal to 15 or 20 minutes inhalation of carbon monoxide at 400 parts per million. That is a level of carbon monoxide poisoning that is high enough to cause drowsiness, headache, nausea and impaired coordination. Add to that a blood alcohol concentration which translates to someone who is nearly falling down drunk and it becomes apparent that Henri Paul would have been bordering on unconsciousness before the crash. And yet he showed no such signs of carbon monoxide illness or alcohol impairment when security cameras showed him at the Ritz just moments before they left. How can that be unless the blood tests was flawed? Something is just not right.

The fantompowa site makes me believe that M25 was in on it!! No way would they let Alfayed be the stepgrandfather of the future King of England when England wouldnt even let him become a citizen! I know the whole Diana thing is old news but reading all of these things makes it all come back again. Still such a shame!

WOW, It truly is amazing that TMZ is not reporting a major news story regarding the death of Princess Diana. Just in case you did not know, her death was ruled a crime! Due to the paparazzi, scum like you killed her. Keep up the great work you all do!! Watch out Hollywood, you could be next!

Ok even if something was planned you can not explain away a drunk driver a high speed chase and no seat belts. Sounds more like assisted suicide to me.
