I am disgusted at some of your attitudes about Kanye's Mom. My boys love his music, but I said I didn't like his attitude so I wouldn't buy his music, but hearing the news about his Mom, my heart goes out to him. I have worked in a Hospital for over 25 years and I have heard this happen many times, with "routine" surgeries. It had nothing to do with vanity, she was having her breasts reduced (large breasts can cause back problems, etc), and a tummy tuck (which if you've never had kids-don't comment on what happens to the tummy area). She was a beautiful vibrant woman. She was having surgeries that thousands have every year. The Doctor, now I have a major problem with him, he should lose his liscence, be kicked out of medicine, and maybe he should be forced to operate on his own family (problem never has). I am glad so many women are coming forward to tell how he butchered them. Kanye-God Bless You and your family at this time.

Im a nurse and it isn't always the doctors fault that people get sent home same day. Procedures have certain amount of time your allowed to stay in the hospital. Even just from watching Dr. 90210 people have 5 things done and still go home same day! Even I had major surgery done to my nose due to deviated septum and it was a 4 hour surgery and I went home after only a few hours!

Poor woman. She probably experience a clot. I'm sure they didn't expect the worst to happen, but sometimes it does. Kanye and his family are definitely in my prayers.

10:43 it is my understanding that no recovery center would take her. Maybe because of the liability factor. She should have been in a hospital. Eight hour surgery, cutting your gut from side to side, plus the breast augmentation is just too much for a 58 yr old.

she had major surgery and was released the same day???? what the h-e-l-l???? I know they do that for breast augs, but to have 2 in one day, I think that deserves at least a few days stay considering all that can go wrong immediately following a surgery. jeez, for the love of money, that's what the insurance companies have brought upon us, the trend to kick patients out way before they should be going home.
