He likes to keep his women under his thumb, he has what is called a "little man's mentality". Katie Holmes is not a seasoned actress, she only did about 3 or 4 movies and they prove she is not very good. Katie Holmes let Tom Cruise take away her dreams of succeeding as an actress by marrying him. Now she can only do what he allows her to do and believe me she is never going to be able to show her real potential. I know this thru my own experience,I married a man 17 years older than me and he was short like Tom Cruise, he did have some money not like Cruise and he only ALLOWED me to go to his business when he felt like it. I could spend money but when he cut me off it was because he felt I had did something he did not approve of. Just like Katie Holmes I was surrounded by his family all the time, but he cut me off almost entirely from my family. She is stuck with him now because she has a baby and he will never let her have that child. Tom Cruise will break Katie's spirit, it has already started if you look at the pictures of her when she thinks no one is looking there is a sadness in her eyes, remember people say "the eyes are the window to the soul" and Tom has almost crushed her soul.I dont like her as an actress, but as a woman she married her"dream man" that she had a crush on as a teenager.I bet anyone she is sorry she married him now.

I don't care how many ppl jump on the "tight rolled" leg "band wagon" I am NOT gonna go there..ha

THE ONLY REASON SHE STAYS WITH TOM IS BECAUSE SHE KNOWS IF SHE LEAVES HIM SHE WILL HAVE TO GIVE UP SURI THE WAY TOM ALIENATED NICOLE FROM THEIR ADOPTED CHILDREN. KATIE IS STUCK! TOM'S A WEIRDO BUT HE'S RICH ENOUGH AND POWERFUL ENOUGH TO TAKE A CHILD AWAY FROM HER. SAD!! THAT IS WHY I WAS SO HAPPY FOR NICOLE THAT SHE GOT A SECOND CHANCE AT BEING A MOTHER AFTER HER CHILDREN WERE STOLEN FROM HER.

I agree, she looks like a Stepford wife and she isn't even 30. She is wasting her youthful looks. She has no clout without Tom, but he is such a weirdo now I wonder how she can put up with him. When Nicole Kidman was with him, she was robo-wife too. He probably didn't let her have fertility treatments to have a child because they were against his religion. She's moved on to a better life and so should Holmes.
