You're taking Meds? Doctors will kill you, Kelsey. You don't need an operation, or drugs. First of all, stop the coffee. Coffee constricts your arteries. Very dangerous stuff, it also affects your sex life because your constricted arteries keep things from,um, working. Secondly, eat correctly, no butter, no trans fats, no sugar, no chloresterol containing meats. Use lots of olive oil. Pretty simple. Your chloresterol will plummet almost immediately. How do I know?
