Hopefully her file has been sent over to the Prosecutor’s office for review for possible criminal charges.”

It annoys me that people are so willing to blame Kavin for everything that has happened to Britney lately. I get it if she was devestated when their marriage ended, but come on, Britney´s weird behavior started long before she met Kevin. It just escalated after the divorce. Britney needs to get proffessional help, and perhaps to get out of America for a while. If I where Kevin, I wouldnt want my kids near her at the moment either. And right now, he´s the only one that cares about Jayden J and Sean P, Britney doesnt even concern about showing up in court. I´m sure that Britney loves her children and I´m sure that she could be a good mum, but not for the moment. It´s not healthy for her kids to be with her right now. Her family should get a courtorder to take her into emergency temporary care, since she doesnt get any help for her self.

If you believe your BS, more power to you. I'm just not with you as I don't recall anyone I know dragging their partner through court on a daily basis with internet rag videos and gossip. They also don't have the money to spend on treating someone like you have treated Britney. Last time I checked, everyone I know had to struggle with making a living a taking care of kids also and they didn't have nannies, housekeepers, cooks and bodyguards to do it for them while they denied their children time with their other parent. They also don't have someone paying their way and their legal fees to be a rotten, evil low life!

Actually, most judges award attorney fees to a party if one is found to be more culpable. This is basic. Yes, he has the advantage of the paparazzi following her with video cameras, but if anyone had, say, a PI following their ex and had the same video you best believe they'd be in court after seeing her driving as she did with the kids in the car, or out partying as she had been, or any of her erratic behavior. And you best believe that any parent worth a damn would be in court after the other holed up in a bathroom, refusing to listen to police, and was then hauled off to the hospital. If you wouldn't, I'd doubt your own parenting skills.

7:52 -- K-fed has never done anything for his kids! The mother of his children financially take care of their kids.
And at K-fed's house right now he has a nanny, a cook, and a maid, so what exactly does K-Fed do all day?
Why does a man with NO JOB, need a nanny, or a cook? He admittedly does NOTHING all day long, so what's all the hired help for. Who is really taking care of those children, it sure doesn't seem like it is K-Fed. Being in the same house as your children, while having everyone else in your house taking care of your children is NOT being a good parent.

People see right through K-fed! He IS NOT going to do the same con job to the public as he did to Britney.
And to the idiot that says Britney chased him. Give me a break! When Britney met him in a restaurant she asked if he was single, he said yes! HE CHOSE TO LIE. He could have easily said no I ma not single, I am in a relationship, couldn't he?! but he knew that, that would probably have instantly ruined his opportunity to do some golddigging, so he lied to Britney about Shar. He lied about his unborn child. And Shar has even admitted to perez hilton, that she could never be in love with K-fed because he broke up with her infront of the world.
And not only did K-fed dump his pregnant girlfriend to follow the gold, he also dumped his kids with Shar, without a second thought. Off he went like a single man with not a care in the world.
A decent man would NEVER, have done the things K-Fed did. And that is why people don't like K-Fed. It is because of his true character. We clearly see his oportunistic nature! We saw it all through the relationship with Britney. This is a man who had children to support, even before Britney's children came along, yet he refused to get a job, instead of working, he was out on daily shopping sprees, with Britney's money, and when he wasn't doing that he was at the golf course, for hours everyday, only to return home take a shower, and be out at the clubs at night partying drinking, and getting high with his buddies.
This is who K-fed wanted the world to see, and know! He was proud of his behaviour, didn't think twice about who he was hurting or taking advantage of. WHY! because K-fed doesn't do that, he doesn't care, as long as he gets what he wants in the end. A true con artist, and opportunist is who K-fed is, and will always be.

Lisa is right. Not to excuse Britney's behavior, but for Kevin to be enjoying the spotlight he's in at the expense of Britney's sanity is nauseating. They both had children before they were ready. He was a jerk to leave Shar when she was pregnant, and he's a jerk to think people are "obsessed" with him now. He is the poster child for birth control.
