First of all, he's not doing anything that anybody else doesn't do in a divorce/custody fight... go for it all, get some. Second, Brit should pay his legal bills because this whole long drawn out affair is her fault. Not showing up for court, depo's, etc. Her lawyers are the thieves. They are fighting for the sake of the fight. She was/is(?) in no condition to have custody of those kids, but her lawyers kept on going for it.
