Kim Kardashian's Rep: Brandy Lawsuit Is "Meritless"

 Chris Polk/WireImage.com The legal battle between Kim Kardashian and Brandy's mother is heating up. On Monday, Brandy's mother (and manager) Sonja Norwood filed a suit, accusing Kim — who had worked as a stylist for the R&B singer in 2004 — of running $120,636 in credit card charges without permission. (The suit also names Kim's sibs, Khloe, Kourtney and Robert Jr, who also allegedly abused the singer's American Express after Kim passed it on to them.) On Tuesday, Kardashian's rep released the following statement to Usmagazine.com: "The charges against the Kardashians are meritless. Both Kim and Khloe were employed by the Norwoods and never used their credit cards without their express authorization. "The Kardashian family looks forward to proving the absurdity of these claims in a court of law," the statement concluded. Sonja Norwood is seeking a return of the money plus 10 percent interest. If this lady is accusing Kim of having run up her credit card with over $100,000 worth of charges w/o her authorization, then it would be considered credit card fraud and grand theft. Seeing as in CA amount needs to be $400 or more to be considered a felony, why wasn't Kim charged with a crime? Furthermore, it has taken her over 3 years to file her case, statute of limitation more than likley ran out, it seems like this lady really doesn't have a valid argument, and may be doing it for publicity's sake. I wouldnt be surprised if this case is thrown out...

He and his parents recieved money from an EX DRUG DEALER while he was playing in college, and does not want to pay this guy back. The truth of the matter is that his step-dad, who at the time was a security guard approached this guy for the MONEY and this guy has EVERYTHING on TAPE! She got the card in 2004, but unauthorized money was spent in 2006 and 2007. When confronted, the Kardashians offered to refund the money, but reneged on the deal. Thus, the lawsuit. I believe it of that Khloe b!tch. She is a bag.
