What's cookin' in Nick Lachey's career these days? A new eatery! A source tells Us the singer, 33, is opening an American-style restaurant, Company American Bistro, at Las Vegas' Luxor Hotel & Casino, in partnership with Pure Management Group. His co-owners? Has he come out of the closet yet? Another (very) minor celeb food joint. Great. Maybe if they all pool their money - they can book Heidi and Spencer to host the grand opening. All they need is $100 - and that's American money too. I can see that place now. It'll be the Vegas version of Hyde Lounge - full of d-listers and unemployed ex-reality "stars".
