They are probably not investigating because it's pure accusation, if that. Has any family member filed a complaint with the LAPD? Why would they just up and investigate? Add that to the fact that there would be almost no way to prove the case with a mentally ill victim who appears to be trying to keep contact with the person they would be investigating (the federal filing). THEN throw on the fact that they would have zero physical evidence- no blood and urine tests at the time of the supposed drugging. AND the entrance into rehab BEFORE he was around. AND comments in the declarations from the supposed victim that shows she knew she was getting some drugs from him.

There is no way to prove he did anything.

On the brite side, new album "Blackout" really rocks all the way....awesome beats. The rave reviews she has gotten from Rolling Stone, AP, CNN, and USA Today are definitely deserved. I found her on a celebrity and millionaire dating site name 'Rich Loving. com' or something. Hope she is getting better.

I cannot believe that this guy is not going to be investigated! How scary is that? That will just enable him to practice his wiles on some other poor, lonely victim! Why does it seem like evil always prevails in society?
