(no one signed the birth certificate as her father) I had to take a paternity test to prove i was the biological father. Now 2 years later, I thank GOD every day that I was given the chance to be a part of my little girl's life. She is EVERYTHING to me and i can't imagine a life without her in it. I think it's terrible that any justice system would question a signed birth certificate. Such a situation, indicates that any court, or person, could question this legal federal document. I personally do not care who the biological father of Dannielynn is, Her biological mother, wanted and permited Howard Stern to sign her birth certificate, and be a "father" to her baby. I'm sure that he couldn't love the baby more if he was her "father". Anna Nicole clearly didn't want Larry in her baby's life, Father or not. The court should respect that, and the fact that he is named her father. Does this situation mean that any man, not named on a childs birth certificate, can petition a court for DNA tests? Their are nontradional families all over the world. Why should Larry Birkhead get to drag this all through court, when their is already a man at the plate doing right by this little girl. It's sickening! Not to mention, if Dannielynn is biologically J. Marshalls, then what? Who raises her then? Larry will have opened a can of worms, that he will no longer have a claim to. Leave Howard alone Larry.

I am pretty sure that Stern is not Danni's daddy. If he knoew he was then this paternity battle would be over a long long time ago. Come on people. Stern is terrified to lose this little girl. He has been with her the past 6 months of her life (age?) and loved Anna so much. Why would he want to lose her? Ana wanted Stern to be the father and i am sure that everytime he looks at Danni he sees Anna.
I agree that the child should be with her father, it is just so sad that Danni has bonded with Stern and may soon be taken from him. I think that the court and people should put Danni's best interest at heart. I pray that Stern is able to be a part of Danni's life no matter the outcome.

I would just like to point out that IF Howard Stern IS the father, and he has nothing to hide...then why doesn't he just submit to the paternity test, and get it over with?? Just do it already!!!
