Larry Birkhead Named Dannielynn's Guardian

 After a much-publicized paternity battle and threats of a custody fight from Anna Nicole Smith's mother, an L.A. judge ruled today to accept the motion to appoint Larry Birkhead as the legal guardian of Dannielynn Birkhead and her late mother's estate. According to court documents, Birkhead requested guardianship of Dannielynn's estate "to enable him as her natural father to represent his daughter's interest in the probate proceedings." Birkhead claimed that as Dannielynn's father he is "in the best position to protect and safeguard the interest of her estate." Allan Parachini, from the Los Angeles Superior Court public information office, tells Usmagazine.com that Judge Beckloff also appointed Howard K. Stern as the executor of Anna Nicole Smith's will. Parachini noted that during the hearing, the clause in Smith's will which states that "all future heirs" are disinherited was ruled to be invalid. After the hearing, Stern and Birkhead held a brief press conference. Birkhead, who moved with his daughter into Smith's house in Los Angeles over the weekend, told the press: "Dannielynn is doing fine. We had a great Father's Day together." For his part, Stern said he was still grieving, and that he was "disgusted with how stuff was handled in the Bahamas." Howard K. Stern is a murderer. Howard Stern is the one only interested in money. Don't try and put the blame on anyone but Howard Stern for the deaths of Anna and Daniel. Stern will probably go to hell for what he did to Anna and her son Daniel, because money is Howard's God. I wouldn't give custody of a rattle snake to Howard Stern.

This is right. Larry Birkhead should be named Legal Guardian of Dannielynn. He is her natural father. Howard K. Stern should stay out of the picture. Howard Stern caused all this hardship in the first place. Many peopele feel he enabled and caused the death of Anna Nicole and her son Daniel. Even if Anna didn't want to go to a hospital (so Howard has said) he should have taken responsibility and gotten Anna medical help. Howard's name was on a lot of Anna's prescription drugs. When Anna ran a fever of 105 Howard went out and was shopping for a boat. Howard was present for both Anna's death and Daniel's death. Howard K. Stern is a dangerous man. He is the only one out for money and only caring for his own interests. If there is an inquest for Daniel's death I hope Howard Stern held accountable for it and sent to prison where he belongs.

I like how Larry and Howard were able to overcome their animosity and work it out so they both were winners. And that makes Dannielynn a winner as well because she'll have two guys who love her. Just keep that baby out of the claws of Virgie Arthur.

HE was the REASON everything was going crappy over there! he's got no one to be disguisted w/ except himself! sorry, but i don't have one bit of sympathy for this dude. ok, maybe one bit, but that's just because i'm a compassionate person....on another note, why on earth did larry EVER sleep w/ anna? he's hot and she was just freaky!
