He is a doctor now. How would you fill if you could never do anything because people like yall. She is just a girl that has not been able to have a normal life. Give her some room. What if it was your child? Would you want people talking about you child? Would you want people to know everything your child does? or What if it was you? Dont yall people have anything better to do then to write bad things about people you dont know.

Lindsay Lohan broke her sobriety on New Year’s Eve, but is “back on track,” her lawyer, Blair Berk, tells Usmagazine.com.
The actress, 21, was caught on video drinking champagne directly from the bottle shortly at a bash during the 12th Annual Capri Hollywood Film Festival in Italy, December 31. The video first appeared on TMZ.com.
In a statement obtained by Usmagazine.com, Berk says: "After being handed a champagne bottle while on a dance floor in Italy on New Year's Eve and drinking from it, the good news is that Lindsay immediately stopped, called her sponsor, and got herself back on track.
"There is no magic cure here. Unfortunately, Lindsay has to share her 'one day at a time' with the entire world."

After a swig? Please, she's been seen several times in several places drinking. It was reported, here actually, that she believes as long as she stays away from drugs, booze is OK. Hello, Lindsey, booze IS a drug. When all her troubles hit, Lindsey said 'no one' would touch her, she 'was a celebrity' - she was right and you continue to believe every lie. This is how it works for alcoholics and addicts looking to get and stay sober. Very few avoid relapses in early recovery and even people with months and years of sobriety are at risk. But when they use, they simply start over in sobriety. Calling her sponsor and talking-out how it happened, making more meetings, and staying out of situations where she might be prone to relapse again is the footwork. But even having a program is no guarantee.

Here's what probably really happened. Someone's like Hey Lindsay cheers! She doesn't think anything of it. She wasn't really "drinking" just swigging champagne which is thought of more as celebratory than a means to get drunk. (I saw the video, she had maybe a sip). It doesn't cross her mind that she did anything wrong. Then suddenly the next day her camp is freaking out because TMZ's got this video of her. Her lawyer's like, 'Don't worry, I'll release a statement.' I HIGHLY doubt Lindsay called her sponsor. She just has to say that to the public. I've never been an alcoholic and maybe that is a huge no no, but as a regular young girl I wouldn't even think twice if I had a sip of champagne on New Year's. As long as she's not getting wasted and driving drunk I think she's okay...

Anyone that suffers from an addiction, even if sober today, is sad at this news. If I, a recovering alcoholic, were on the dance floor and went to grab a bottle of champaign, I would hope that my so-called "friends" would stop me. Where are her friends? This is why they tell people in recovery that you have to remove yourself from the people, places and things that you associate with your addiction, which in Lindsey's case, is basically your career...opening clubs, being "seen", Hollywood, etc. She has a tough road ahead of her.
