you'd think smoking would have been the first thing she would give up. not wanting to be a "skinny minnie", my arse!

I think it's a good idea to quit eating like crap and to exercise, and that being diagnosed with a health condition is a good reason to start doing that all. But losing weight that fast? I think that if she were doing it for the right reasons she'd quit smoking and lose weight normally.

It's just an excuse to lose weight, because she made statements in the past saying that people who are skinny are bad role models for girls and that she is a good role model because she is normal size. She says she's going to exercise, but in reality, I wouldn't be surprised if she had lipo done. She said awhile ago on her blog she was considering doing such a thing. If you pay attention to what she says, you'd know that she changes like the weather and has proven herself a hypocrite time and time again.

Even if its a heart murmur it's still not something to play with. It's widely known that if you are not in shape or are overweight that it puts more stress on your heart. Im sure she wanted to lose some weight anyway and now was just as good of time as any. She wasnt obese in my opinion to where it was a 'vital' thing but it couldnt hurt to be a little more physically fit just to be safe. I agree though that she needs to quit smoking. My mother in law had to have heart surgery and they had to repair a collapsed vein. The doctors told her that when they went in to remove it it literally disintegrated and because of years of smoking and there were no other good ones to replace it with. They were all literally in the same condition. They ended up having to pull one from her leg. They told her if she didnt quit it could kill her next time. People always think that smoking only effects the lungs and keep on doing it. It just eats your insides up.

Oh come on yes a heart murmur is a heart condition but like 3 out every 5 people have one most aren't even noticeable. Just fess up you hated the way you looked and you sought to improve yourself the way you thought it needed to be. Does anyone remember this girl's blog a couple months ago about how fat she looked and stuff. Why she trying so hard to spin the story???

what happened to the hypnosis she supposedly used to lose weight?? there was an article out here not too long ago about that
