Lindsay Lohan's 2007 has been so crazy, it's hard to keep track of everything that has happened. From rehab to DUI to rehab and another DUI, Lohan has kept herself busy -- and in trouble.

January 17, 2007: Lohan checks herself into the Wonderland Center rehab facility. She tells Us, via her rep, that the move is "a proactive decision to take care of my personal health."
May 26, 2007: Lohan is arrested in Beverly Hills on suspicion of driving under the influence. A "useable amount" of cocaine is also found on the scene.
May 28, 2007: Lohan checks into her second rehab facility, the Promises Treatment Center in Malibu, CA. The decision comes after her arrest, and now infamous pictures of her passed out in the passenger seat of pal Samantha Ronson's car.
July 2, 2007: Lohan celebrates her 21st birthday on the beach. Mom, Dina, tells Us, "“I can’t believe she’s 21. We’re all so proud of how hard she’s been working to get better.”
July 13, 2007: After extending her initial stay from 30 to 45 days, Lohan leaves Promises. Of her post-rehab plans, her rep said, "She has transitioned to an intensive outpatient program, which includes attendance at daily AA meetings, outpatient therapy and daily testing. On her own, she has also made the decision in support of her sobriety to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet. In part she is wearing the bracelet so there are no questions about her sobriety if she chooses to go dancing or dining in a place where alcohol is served."
July 13, 2007-July 15, 2007: Lohan wastes no time getting back to "dancing or dining in a place where alcohol is served," spending her first weekend out of rehab partying. She hits up her old Los Angeles watering hole Les Deux before hopping a plane to Vegas for a night at PURE.
July 19, 2007: Lohan takes responsibility for May's D.U.I, surrendering herself to the Beverly Hills police in order to be formally booked.
July 24, 2007: Lohan is arrested again for her second DUI in two months. Santa Monica police officers find cocaine in Lohan's pants pocket. Her attorney, Blair Berk, tells TMZ, "Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease...Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The [alcohol monitoring] bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care."
