FACEBOOKshe is such an idiot because A) she was arrested two months prior for a DUI, but the fact that Paris Hilton just got out of jail for not only a DUI but also for driving with a suspended license makes her look like even more of an idiot.. seriously how stupid do you have to be. and B) the stupid anklet that she was voluntarily wearing could be remoed when ever she wanted. she totally cannot stay sober and she needs to get some real help. doing stays of forty days in rehad is obviously not working. her parents need to get her in a program for a long period of time and make sure that she gets all the help she needs. it is not an easy road to reovery but it is possible and if she gets the help she needs maybe better jobs will start to come her way.

Lindsay Lohan is claiming innocence in her latest arrest.
The 21-year-old actress was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of cocaine, but tells Access Hollywood's Billy Bush: "Yes. I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine."
She added: "I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."
Lohan was arrested by Santa Monica Police early Tuesday morning on suspicion of drunk driving at around 1:30 a.m. According to reports, police received a 911 call from someone claiming they were being chased by another vehicle.
Police found Lohan arguing with the mother of her former assistant, Tarin, in the parking lot of Santa Monica's Civic Auditorium.
Though Lohan initially refused to take a Breathalyzer test, she submitted to other field sobriety tests, which she failed. Officers also found cocaine in one of Lohan's pants pockets during a search.
She was taken to jail where her blood-alcohol level registered between .12 and .13 (the legal limit is .08). Lohan was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license, possession of cocaine and transport of a narcotic.
Lohan also told Bush, "I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom."
In a press conference held Tuesday morning, Lt. Alex Padilla told reporters that the mother of Lohan's personal assistant was driving the vehicle being chased by Lohan.
"Just prior to the chase-I'm not exactly sure how long prior-the personal assistant had quit," Padilla said.
Lohan was released shortly before 6:30 a.m. on $25,000 bail.
This was Lohan's second arrest for an alleged DUI in less than two months.

i think that all of you are critics. how would you feel to have someone following you 24/7? i think that all of you who judge act as if your perfect. do you honestly think that you have never made mistakes?or is it you didn't get caught? if you all are so disappionted by the decisions and ways celebs live quit waisting ur time and effort. there are always gonna be drug addicts and you complaining about it isnt going to make a differece. i just think that you like to voice ur opinion when no one care to hear it. lindsay is doing the best she can. she has been dealt the cards and now SHE has to figure out what SHE wants out of her life. im personally tired of all you people downing her . WHO CARES WHAT YOU THINK? IT WONT CHANGE HER!
I just watched one of those cable news programs and now Lindsay is saying she changed jeans with someone in the club and she had no idea there was cocaine in the pocket.
You know, I just hate when that happens.
sure drew's career is great, and her persona is great, but she is an addict who has chosen to start drinking and smoking drugs. now i think weed is pretty weak as a drug, and i drink myself, but an addict is always in recovery- ALWAYS- so to see her doing these things casts a dark cloud over her as someone for addicts to look to. her professional life, or that of anyone on recovery, can be great, but it's nothing if she is not taking care of herself. it is a rare person who can recover from addiction to later be able to handle the very substances they were addicted to. more likely they simply substitute substances.
"Not my pants." Wow, the cops have never heard THAT ONE before! BUT - to top Lindsay's issues, Brit has once again flushed her reputation down the toilet for some tabloid face time! I haven't decided if I'm going to buy the OK! magazine so I can see those alleged "train wreck" photos of Brit, or if they'll pop up online before I get a chance to buy the magazine.

Sorry baby girl you need to go to jail, nothing else has been working for you , you need to learn from you mistakes, not do them again, your mom is no support, not even your friend, it seem she doesnt care for your only herself and what she can get from you!
Grow up, Lindsey. Your going nowhere fast except jail. You deserve to go there and should go soon!! Rehab didn't work for you because you think you are better then everyone else. Your mom is no mom....she needs to grow up as well. Enabling a minor by partying with her and allowing her to get drunk? Probably doing the coke with her as well. Yeah, she needs a mother of the year trophy. You think that your such hot stuff because you did a few movies? Chicks like you are a dime a dozen. There are plenty more out there who are willing to work and not just get stupid drunk and drugged out like a idiot! Your nothing but a little girl who has never grown up. When your career is in the toilet and all your "friends" have deserted you because you can't get them into the "cool" clubs, then you'll realize how lucky your were and how much of a loser junkie you are now. Wow, how sad. The girl is never going to make changes in her life if she can't take credit for her actions. You don't learn from your mistakes if you don't see them as yours. She is still very young but drinking and driving is no joke. She could have killed someone, twice!! This is not something to take lightly. Paris said she served time in jail to be used as an example. Apparently Lindsey wasn't watching the news during this time. This young girl CLEARLY deserves jail time so she learns that this is no laughing matter!

Yeah but look at Drew's record to date...she may not be the best actress there, but she's made a decent turn of events to get her to the top. I'm not saying she's totally an angel, but from where she was when she was so young she has fared pretty good. And Robert had to fall many, many, many times himself before finally cleaning up. That was the comparison I was making.
yeah and robert downey is by all accounts sober now and drew is smokin fatties in parks and drinking
She won't get the help she NEEDS because she doesn't believe that she has a problem. Just look at her excuse! Yeah, and that enema full of Jack Daniels was the cause of me blowing a .12 AFTER I refused to take the test at the scene...hmm..wonder what it would have been if she did it at the scene.
2 stints in re-hab, 2 dui's, 2 cocaine poss., 1 car crash, 1 car chase...ALL SINCE MAY!!!
Throw her @ss in jail. That is the only way that she might get some clarity on the consequences of drinking and driving! Do it before she KILLS some innocent person!!!

Very good points there. I do hope she takes the "Drew" route, but something tells me she will be another "R.Downey" until she does either serious time or hurts someone. She is showing just how reckless and dangerous she is to anyone and everyone around her. She would do much better to admit she uses and has a problem. Hollywood is MUCh more sypathetic to those who actually take the time to admit they need help AND actually go through with it. Downey has a lot of problems, but he seems to have finally gotten past his demons and seems really happy now. She has an amazing talent but she is just throwing it all away which is so very sad.
she needs help, get away from hollywood, dump all of your useless friends, move with britney to some small town, before your career ends, your loaded in the rich & drunk way, you don't need to spend it all on expensive crap, you don't really need to work anymore, you are set for life, go live it but not in hollywood because you'll probably die there.

Drew Barrymore is now drinking and smoking weed, so the clean and sober path wasn't for her either. Don't know if I'd tell Lindsay to look up to her except for her ability to stay clear and quiet of bad press.
"The drugs weren't mine" is the classic excuse people give when they have been busted. Of course they are hers and in the end, it doesn't really matter since she was still in possession of illegal drugs. It really is a shame that such a talented actress is becoming a joke. She has the talent in her to do better things, but if she goes this route, she should kiss her career goodbye. Though partly, if you look at her parents, you can see that this kid didn't stand a chance.
Of course the cocaine wasn't hers! C'mon people! It's so obvious from her mug shot! (roll of the eyes)

Problem with that statement, is Linds wasnt a full blown druggie at age 13. Thus, no need for cleaning up then...She still has a few years to equal the same amount of time partying as Drew Barrymore.
