first of all, why was she allowed to go into a bar/club and drink before she was 21. why did the bars/clubs let a minor drink in there so called "hip" place. that should have been the first place to look/investigate when this all started. any other normal 19 & 20 year old can't walk into a bar/club and start drinking. because she's "famous" she shouldn't had the right to drink at a bar/club when she was only 20. think people; why is she getting away with drinking when she was 20 and the bars and clubs are getting away with it too...very interesting!!!

Rehab...issh for quittersh. Nuffin wroong wif a little al-kee-hol or sum pick me ups coke. Sum more coke and she'd be awake in her car. She only hit a tree. Is it gonna sue? To truly commit to staying sober..she needs to stop going to clubs every night, quit hanging with her parting friends and quit working her image in the press. She may be young, but she's NOT being smart. Being in a club straight out of rehab is not a good choice. Whether you are there drinking or not, you are still in the atmosphere of partying and it makes it that much harder to defy your temptations. This is all a PR thing if you ask me. She is a talented actress but that won't matter if she can't get or keep a job due to her image.

I agree 12:13, if she was serious about sobriety, she wouldn't even tempt herself by going to clubs to go "dancing." Not this soon at least.

Alcohol monitoring bracelet, huh? So how much you wanna bet it doesn't monitor for cocaine or other substances? Who cares if she stops "drinking"? That's not even the half of it. I don't believe she's clean and sober yet. I thought she'd be able to get serious about it this time, but now I think her career is going to be over, because she can't seem to stop.
