lindsey will never get her act together, she is a lost cause. she's always in rehab and it never helps,when she gets out of rehab she always pretends that she's don good again,and then the next week she's back on drugs and in rehab. how many more times will she have to go to rehab before she finally gets the hint? i just think she's dumb!

4:00 Jibba Jabba...okay, I'm up for the challenge! Hoping that Lindsay gets the treatment, solitude and privacy she needs at Cirque (or wherever) she is. Yes, she's made some mistakes, but it's never to late to turn yourself around, she is 21 and has a lifetime ahead of her!

That is just the thing though. It is almost impossible to break the viscious cycle for someone like her ( a celebrity) becuase she can't get the room that she needs to get better in the first place. The constant pressure and being viewed by the public becuase of the paps. It is great that no one knows exactley where she is right now or how long she is going to b there cuz she needs to quit being scrutinized so hard right now. I know that if I was being watched that hard when I was having that tough of a time that I would probably do whacked out stuff just because I couldn't get a minute to breathe without everyone constantly watching my every move. Don't get me wrong that doesn't excuse the really dangerouse and completely careless behaviour that she has been exhibiting but..... it is going to be twice as hard for her to make a positive turn around if she is always being watched. Her parents are so pathetic as well! It really sucks that they cannot put their own BS aside and truly b there for their child. They are obviously too wrapped up in themesleves and too self absorbed to give her the support that she needs. That is sickening to watch. They are such low lives that are trying to cash in on her fame and all it is doing is ruining anything that she may have had. Who knows maybe her ghetto parents are happy to see her crash and burn, they probably can't stand it that she is famous and enjoy watching her nosedive so that they don't have to envy her anymore. Sad to say, but that is how the world we live in is. People are rotten when it comes to a lot of this stuff. IF they can't have it for themselve then they will do everything they can to see someone else loose it. Do you think that she would be having this tough of a time if she had any real support from her family???? I think not. She should start there. Seperate herself from her parents first of all and I am sure the rest would fall into place. Good luck to her anyhow. She needs it.

This choice should do worlds of good for Lindsey's gianormous sense of entitlement and elitist attitude "I'm a celebrity, I'M not going to get in trouble." More than that, she's going to be rewarded for her bad judgment and worse attitudes and habits with a posh vacation with 15 other pampered guests. No doubt she'll be able to hook-up with at least one, if not multiple, equivalent addict/trainwrecks and practice some sort of excess or debauchery in front of her private fireplace with spectacular views...

Perhaps it's possible to commit to a sober and sane life at The Lodge, but with Lohan, it looks as if Dina and her other handlers have just rewarded behavior that will result in death if some type of real recovery is not made.

I say we dry her out, suit her up, and ship her to Iraq or Afghanistan on the front-lines. If she really claims to feel like the 'a$$hole' she mentioned in Vanity Fair, let her get her mind off her 'plight' and defend her country or make a positive difference in the lives of those who truly suffer.

And my birthday is actually on the 9th ;)

This is exactly what she should have done after the first arrest. Instead of immediately immersing herself back into the same scene that got her into trouble in the first place. If she is really indeed serious about being in AA, then the first step is to remove all associations to the addictions. She was never serious in the beginning, but maybe, just maybe, this was enough of a scare to wake her back up to reality. She has a problem and avoiding it will only make it worse. If she follows through on the AA, then she may have a chance at getting her career back. otherwise she will just fade into obscurity or only be known as the party girl. Not a great image anymore as it shouldn't be.
