Lindsay Lohan Denies Drinking Alcohol Before 2005 Car Crash

 jean Baptiste Lacroix/WireImage.com Lindsay Lohan was sober when she got into a car accident in the Beverly Hills area in 2005, the actress stated in court documents submitted on Friday. "I did not consume an alcoholic beverage or any type of medication or drug," she said, according to the AP. Raymundo Ortego, the driver of the car the 21-year-old actress hit, is suing the star and The Ivy, the restaurant he claims served her alcohol (she was then underage), to compensate for his injuries. Lohan has countersued Ortego, blaming the crash on a report that he made an illegal u-turn. Last week Usmagazine.com confirmed that Lohan is not paid to endorse Ariva lozenges, which suppress the desire to smoke. I could care less about Lindsay, but, if he made an illegal u-turn then he got what his dumb a s s deserved! She had the right of way then-period. Expensive lesson to learn for thinking the laws of the road dont apply to you--so just suck it up and get over it! Be glad your ignorance didnt cost you your life. Clearly he is just trying to take advantage of her being a known alcohol/drug user to make a quick buck. $200k? If the accident was truly that bad the police definitely wouldve administered substance abuse tests. She wouldnt be so bold to say she had absolutely nothing knowing the truth would come out.
