Yes Lindsey definately needs help. There are more important things in life other than BOOZ, and DRUGS. She should really concentrate on those things that are important to her, and not take life for granted. Because the next time she does drive drunk or on coccaine, she might end up killing herself, or even a total stranger.

Lindsey needs to see a therapist for her traumatic upbringing. writing a song or making a video is no substitute for good old fashioned therapy. I know becuase I myself am an abuse survivor. therapy is the only way to heal. Lindsey should start by reading "the verbally abusive relationship" written by patricia evans. And seek therapy.

It's really no big shock to hear Lindsay does coke. She is pretty haggard looking for a 20 yr old. Drinking doesn't help either. I hope she does hard time in jail.

Now we know why she is staying in rehab so long. Everyone thought that she was doing it to help herself but really she staying out of trouble by staying in rehab. Gee, who what of thought that she would ever do something like that. Poor girl really needs some help, maybe she should make rehab her new home for good.

It would not surprise me if Lindsay was on cocaine when she got arrested. Her blood alcohol limit was twice the legal limit. Maybe after rehab she will wise up and hire a driver. Let's hope she will stay clean and sober.

She really needs to be the next one in jail. It is really time for these young Hollywood people to realize that there are consequences to their actions and that they are not above the law. I really hope she gets the same judge Paris Hilton has and that he throws the book at her. She should thank her lucky stars that she only damaged the car and didn't kill someone while high on coke and drunk.

You know most young celebs I dislike and ignore, but Lindsay is the only one I have hope for. The girl's family is crazy, if you see her life story on E you'll understand, I hope she gets the help she needs and comes around because she can be really gorgeous (like in Mean Girls when she has healthy and had her natural hair). I hope she becomes the exception! =)

Linsay should be the next one to land in jail. She was either drinking or taking drugs while driving at the same time. She is a very bad role model for young teenagers. Teenagers think they don't need to listen to their parents or study. They only want to dress up to party, drink or take drugs and have abortions for their mistakes or get on our wellfare system, etc ............................ You cannot immagine how Hollywood's movies and trashy celebrities destroy our society.

And what excuse will Dina Lohan use this time? "Oh my daughter didn't know it was cocaine." Give me a break! Lindsay KNEW it was cocaine and she KNEW what she was doing! No matter how much Dina wants to believe that Lindsay is a good kid, she needs to face reality. This girl needs more than rehab. She needs a good therapist and jail time.

Wow what a f*cking little brat! I cant believe she would cry over getting a Lexus. But def the parents fault for raising her to be a spoiled little sh*t. My parents never bought me a car. They taught me how to get a job and be a good (and productive) member of society so I could buy my own.

Spoiled Brat - As awful as that girl is, it's nothing compared to her parents. Well-raised kids do not behave like this. It is the parents' fault. What they've done is akin to abuse. They raised her in such a way that this girl has grown up to be a complete b-tch and no one will ever like her. That's a horrible thing to do to a child. She should be taken away from her parents. Kids are taken away when their parents deprive them of the basics, kids should be taken away when they are so spoiled that they launch into tears and obscenities when their parents give them a Lexus on the day of their birthday party instead of on their actual birthday when they wanted it. P.S. I read that the aftershow showed that the girl got a car a week later.
