It just pisses me off to see her going in and out of rehab just to stay out of trouble. I know she's not the only person who has ever done it, but she hasn't taken anything seriously so far and it makes rehab look like a total joke to others who might not understand the gravity of addiction. She has been able to do what she wants regarding the law and she has been allowed to get away with SO MUCH because she checks herself in whenever she gets into trouble. And SERIOUS trouble, at that. Since she has been allowed to run to rehab and not face any consequences for her actions I'm not sure if this girl will ever "get it". 30-45 days in rehab is a small price to pay and that is actually considered a short amount of time when you consider most rehabs HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend at least 90 days in a facility. 30 days is just enough time for most people to get everything out of their system but not enough for a life altering event to occur to encourage a change in behavior. Honestly, I do hope she "gets it".

With Lindsay, I'll believe her sobriety and putting in the time and doing hard work when I see it. Good for her for staying there so long? I'd stay in rehab forever, too, to stay out of the sh1tload of trouble she stayed out of. A mini, self-imposed "vacation" sure beats jail anyday. She doesn't deserve props for any of this.

If Lindsay is having so many problems with abuse from her father when she was younger wouldn't she be a bit more resentful of her fathers visit and not be bouncing off the walls happy as it seems she was by this article? Is it possible that Lindsay's mom is trying to transfer her feelings towards Lindsays dad onto her kids so that the "stick up for her". I'm sure her dad wasn't the perfect model of a father but it seems as though the view of how it really was is a bit skewed because he doesn't do a whole lot of "media hoggin" like Dina does blabbing their dirty laundry all over any magazine that will listen to her. I think that Lindsay getting things straight with her dad is a good thing, she might benefit from having a different parent in her corner for a while lord knows Dina's screwed her up enough why not give the other parent a crack at it.

oops..lol..i meant making all the money...good thing pple on here know what i'm saying no matter what i say...lol..i hope so 2 that it all works out for them..but he seems pretty drawn to fame & its perks..but they also both seem to have a high strung temper, so maybe it's just that that makes them more compatible..

Anon......I think you took my comment a little too seriously. Clearly I don't want Lindsay's sisters 'wrecked'. I was just trying to make a point the woman is destructive and that Lindsay is the only one old enough (I think) to be able to get away from her influence.
Her sisters I guess will just have to survive until they are 18.

her mom has way too much to say all the time..she needs to keep her mouth shut. she just had to slip in the jab at her dad being so abusive.
